Nobody is interested to heal
In the end what purports to cure you is the essential cause of all your pain in this world.
Conventional and alternative healing methods, ordinary and revolutionary ideals, including religions, spirituality and all related teachers rely entirely on your pain to survive and thrive.
They keep telling you what you should do or be so as not to suffer, in order to be happy and at peace. Yet they may not be interested at all in your happiness and peace. They may only be interested to kk you in pain.
As long as you are in pain, and you believe that this pain should not be there, because it is due to your fault, they will continue to exist and thrive, just as you will continue to suffer.
In a separate reality, no matter how insist, healing is not possible, because this reality is based on duality, on the conflict between pain and pleasure, misery and happiness.
Pain here is not something that should not be there, an alien anomaly that needs to be fixed. Pain is not due to your incapacity to be happy, to mistakes you make in your life, to something wrong you or other people do. Pain is the backbone of this world.
The ongoing presence of pain, together with the continuing promise of its final defeat, either here or in another world, is what allows this reality to survive.
Nobody here is truly interested in your peace and happiness. They are interested in the preservation of pain, for only in this way dualism and separation can continue to exist. And this is the paradox of this reality, which goes on all the time

Fragmentation
Fragmentation of the heart is a feature of the separate world we live in. It involves any type of relationship ending up with fights, betrayals, abuse or less dramatic, yet often even more painful grievances.
No matter whether we firmly believe in love, forgiveness, unity and peace, as long as we live in this world, we are going to experience hate, resentment and all kinds of unpleasant situations, causing pain and fragmentation. In order to heal we need to accept that fragmentation is the core feature of this reality, that the world we are in has been broken for ages and perhaps even from the beginning. When we accept this, then we can stop blaming others or ourselves, then can simply focus on the work of restoration aimed at making what is separate whole.
In order to carry out restoration we first need to ground our own identity into wholeness. We need to hold the awareness that, despite all the fragmentation that we experience in this world, in truth we are whole. We are all the fragmented parts put together, and unity is not something to be achieved. Unity is happening at all times, is the reality beyond the perception of separation that we experience in this world.
Yet, our perception is separate, and here this is the reality we face. We identify with split forms and bodies. As a result we regularly experience ourselves as being abandoned, wounded, betrayed.
We need to accept that our perception is separate, that we are fragmented in this world, and that on our own here we cannot do anything to restore unity. Only unity can do so.
Our task involves releasing our perception of separation while inviting the presence of unity to take its place. We cannot help feeling separate, angry, upset, hurt. It is normality in this world. Our healing function does not involve fixing our conflicts, it implies stepping back and allowing the conflicts to be healed by unity.
It takes two people to create a conflict, while in order to mend it you need three. As long as there are only two, separation and conflicts are inevitable and cannot be fixed. For conflicts to be healed the two have to invite a third party.
The problem is that the third party is not visible, it abides in the unseen, it is what connects the two. And the two are in conflict simply because they see themselves as separate.
As long as we acknowledge only our physical body, separation and conflicts are inevitable. The only way to unity abides in the uncovering of the unseen, the third party.

You are entitled to be angry
You are totally entitled to be angry and unforgiving towards people who hurt you as long as you don’t take revenge and hurt them in return.
Never feel guilty for being angry and upset with someone.
Your anger is sacred and real.
In this world of separation it is totally legitimate to be upset and angry.
When you cover it up with detachment, conventional good manners or haughty words about love, forgiveness and compassion, then your anger becomes very poisonous and perverted.
This type of undercover anger is what corrupts this world and kills your soul.

Mardi Gras & Lent
Today, just for a few seconds or minutes, you can choose to create simple thoughts of Light and Peace. You can imagine that these thoughts reach unknown people, close or far away in the world, allowing them to feel unexpectedly peaceful and happy. Imagine that you have been formally appointed to carry out this function by the Divine. You can do this as a game, in various moments of the day, in total secrecy, anonymously. It does not matter if you manage to do it only for a short time or if this game is brusquely interrupted and you find yourself again in darkness and conflicts. Imagine that the bit you do has great value, because thanks to it some people in the world are going to experience peace. And, still as part of the game, you can imagine that someone in this moment, anonymously, is sending loving thoughts to you, and as a result you feel suddenly peaceful and happy. This is just a Carnival game, on mardi gras, nothing serious, yet if you like it, you can continue it, secretly, throughout Lent.

A visionary, down to earth and empowering workshop, providing participants with a direct experience on how to use astrology, shamanism, dance and drama for deeply healing and transformational purposes.
In this workshop, Franco invites you to join him on an empowering and healing journey through dance, drama, movement and stillness.
During the workshop we delve into trance dance and drama according to astrological and natural cycles, using a large variety of sounds, creating sacred space, establishing connections with spirit powers, directing and redeploying energies and using them to support major transformational processes.

New Moon in Aquarius
On 8 February 2016 at 14:38 GMT, the New Moon will be in Aquarius (19° 15′).
A New Moon signifies the beginning of a new cycle, an ideal time to renovate or adjust our intentions. In this respect the qualities of the sign of the New Moon provide inspirations and guidelines as regards what to seek and how to delineate new strategies or intentions.
In astroshamanism we work with 12 specific intentions, one for each New Moon. These intentions may refer to 12 areas of our life as represented by the 12 zodiac signs.
Defining an intention is not a mere intellectual process. It entails having a clear and direct imaginary experience of its accomplishment, involving all your senses.
When setting an intention it is essential not to aim at changing other people. I can work with the intentions of changing my attitude towards someone, yet not at altering his or her attitude towards me. In this context Aquarius is one of the best medicines for aining a wider perspective and learn to become lovingly detached.
Detachment is most empowering for it allows loving unconditionally, while at the same time being able to take distance during the composting time, when separation, fear, possession and all sorts of attachment prevail. The Aquarius medicine spares a lot of unnecessary pain and drama.
The New Moon is a relevant time for planting the seed of honourable intentions, which involve honestly acknowledging what you most authentically wish to manifest in your life. It is a stage of rebirth, nurtured by the qualities of the lunation sign.
Aquarius blesses with the larger perspective and the capacity to see beyond the limited horizon of ordinary reality, tapping into the multi-dimensional field, the realm of synergy.
Synergy is the simultaneous action of various energies aimed at achieving a specific intention. It is that property of systems whereby the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Such circumstances can produce an unpredictable and miraculous power of realisation that moves far ahead the apparent make-up of the forces involved.
In an environment charged with synergy there is constant awareness that everyone is part of the same whole. It is therefore very difficult to hurt other people because they are clearly perceived as part of oneself.
Aquarius’s challenge involves laying aside the emotional drama of the everyday reality in order to allow the emergence of alternative and expanded definitions. This entails releasing the scripts that keep jeopardizing our authentic nature, breaking out of the isolation of consensus reality and embracing a new paradigm that truly serves your intentions.
Aquarius also strenuously encourages the shift from personal consciousness to global awareness. Its energy is extremely advanced in its thinking, dwelling somewhat in the future, far away from ordinary concerns, and with a genuine interest for the destiny of the planet and mankind.
On a New Moon in Aquarius there is a deep drive for change, excitement, revolution, and anything that brings about some progress in life, and also some upheaval in ordinary reality.
Sun and Moon in Aquarius rise the courage to take a quantum leap in life, when you “might as well jump. Jump!” as Eddie Van Halen (born with Sun and Moon in Aquarius) puts it.
A question on an Aquarius New Moon is: “What can I do to make this world a better place both for the present and next generations?”
The degree of the New Moon, or Lunation point, indicates an area of life that will operate as Intent and driving force during the next cycle.
Since this New Moon takes place right at the entrance of the Sun in Aquarius, the degree of the New Moon is at 19° 15′ Aquarius. In astroshamanic work this position (lunation point) is first identified in the natal chart by noticing in which house of your chart is located and if there are planets nearby. The next step involves establishing a direct rapport with the lunation point by entering the Astroshamanic Circle, which is often represented as a circle on the floor divided into 12 sectors.
In the Sacred Circle the person in this case sits or stands in the sign of Aquarius for at least five minutes, opening up to what comes to her mind, emotions and body, taking note of whatever calls her attention, no matter how insignificant or distracting.
In the successive days, as the Moon moves on to Pisces, Aries, etc. the person can follow its path and position herself in the other signs, opening up to further insights and taking note of them.
When we work with the Moon, we are also aware of the position of the Sun and of what we experience regarding the binary relation of both Sun and Moon. We write down our remarks and keep them as a reference for the whole cycle of the Moon.

Astroshamanic Dream Navigation, 5-6 March 2016, Merizzo (Italy)
When we dream our consciousness is released from the illusion of separation and accesses multidimensional realms, spaces of abundant knowledge and healing. The aim of this workshop is to teach you to navigate through your dreams in order to retrieve the missing parts of your self, discover and develop your hidden talents, tapping into the root causes of the main challenges you encounter in life and allowing them to be transformed into luminous gifts.
During the workshop we employ simple astroshamanic journeying and dreaming techniques, which participants can continue to practice on their own in their daily life. We explore the shamanic cosmology of dreaming, charting new territories and setting strategic maps so as to unveil the healing powers of our dream world.

Confusion and uncertainty
If you feel confused and uncertain regarding your life purpose, this is not necessarily a problem. On the contrary it may be a sign of very good multidimensional health. Perhaps you should be more concerned when you feel absolutely clear and certain regarding who you are and what you are supposed to do in this world.
In this world there seems to be so many people who are clear regarding their identity and objectives in life. Mass media in particular play a vital role in promoting this category of individuals. The point is that this flaunted clarity and certainty is in most cases sheer fiction, mere propaganda aimed at convincing others about what their objectives in life should be.
Have you ever seen an advertising, or a politician or religious authority, expressing uncertainty, confusion and doubts regarding their products or ideas? Most unlikely! There is no market for confusion and uncertainty. This is because people have too much of it, and don’t want more. Nobody would ever sell something that everybody has, and for free.
Uncertain and confused people are the primary consumers of what provides clarity and certainty. Then once these uncertain people are convinced about the certainties they have been sold, they become the main promoters of those certainties.
If you feel confused and uncertain regarding who you are, what you are doing here and what your objectives are in life, accept your condition, do not rush to change anything. Certainty and clarity are the primary drugs of mankind, they serve the purpose of denying our capacity to question who we are, to ask ourselves what we are doing in this world, to open to the mystery of our existence.
If you feel confused and uncertain, if you have the courage to openly admit it, without pretending to be clear and certain, this is probably a sign that you are still alive, that you truly exist. Perhaps you are one of the few human beings who is still real, an endangered species, a glimpse of hope for mankind.
