During this workshop, participants are initiated to shamanic practices aimed at expanding consciousness and developing multidimensional awareness. There are infinite dimensions and layers of reality. What we acknowledge as our human ordinary reality is for many shamanic traditions merely an arbitrary configuration populated by duplications of our true multidimensional self. Most human beings remain at the level of this separated reality, fixed in time and space, based on the cult of the ego and the denial of other realities. Astroshamanic healing aims at reawakening the awareness of our original nature, expanding beyond the limits of ordinary perception and experiencing the fluidity of time. The work involves establishing direct communication with the multidimensional self as well as with spirit beings abiding in other realms, yet deeply connected with the essence of our true nature.

This process is ultimately intended to heal our hallucinatory perception based on separation and unveil the authentic unity of the web of life. For this purpose Astroshamanism employs various techniques, all aligned with the common foundation of opening the unconditional loving “heart”.  This is not necessarily an easy enterprise. It entails moving into troubled personal and collective zones where the heart is blocked, unleashing grievances and restoring love.  Yet according to many shamans we are all here to venture into this journey, which once accepted, can become a most ecstatic dance, a blissful game.

During this workshop Franco Santoro will share advanced aspects of astroshamanic work through direct experiential work and inspiring insights.

New Year Astroshamanic Healing Retreat, 27 December 2016 – 1 January 2017, Merizzo (Italy)

This retreat is a major opportunity to join loving forces with other friends on the path, creating healing networks and laying vital foundations for manifesting honourable intentions. The week promotes expanded awareness and planetary healing through meditation, astroshamanic practices and gentle inner work. We will alternate periods of silence and dialogue, stillness and movement, touch and contact, relaxation and activity, group and individual sessions, bringing careful attention to our inner and outer world, while also experientially exploring our astrological charts. We will also spiritually scan the past year, using an astroshamanic recapitulation technique, purposefully designed for the end of the  year, and successfully used by Franco with hundreds of participants in the past 17 years.

The assumption of shamanic recapitulation is that past events can block vital energy until they are finally sorted out and released. When this is not the case the past keeps being held in the emotional body and is constantly recycled, reactivated and condensed in the present. As human beings we tend to invest enormous energies in these memories until, just like in a computer, the memory space is used up, and our lives crash, hang or freeze. Besides reviewing one’s life and memories, releasing grievances and blocked emotions, recapitulation can allow previously trapped energies to become available so as to implement desired results and objectives. Hence, recapitulation is combined with practices aimed at defining one’s intentions, and budgeting, organising and programming the year ahead.

Please book at your earliest convenience since places are limited. It is possible to arrive earlier or stay longer. The retreat starts at 3 pm on 27 December 2016 and ends at around 5 pm on 1 January 2017.

These Epiphany workshops are for those who long to take a decisive leap into the discovery and manifestation of their unique talents and authentic potentials, so as to provide benefits to themselves and the whole environment.

The workshop also aims at showing how apparently insurmountable obstacles and crisis can be used to give shape to our most ambitious dreams. In English the term epiphany indicates the manifestation of a supernatural or divine reality, a sudden intuitive leap of understanding, especially through a visible ordinary yet striking occurrence. The term comes from the Greek epiphaneia, which means “manifestation” or “appearance”. In the Anglican, Eastern, and Roman Catholic Churches the Epiphany is also a traditional feast held on 6 January, celebrating the divine manifestation of Jesus Christ to the three Magician-Astrologer-Shaman Kings, who brought the gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh. The Epiphany exemplifies the alignment of the Three Magi, representing the height of human wisdom, spirituality and power, with our higher multidimensional nature, as represented by the Christ.

The Epiphany is a festival of most ancient origin and is meant to indicate the alignment between physical third-dimensional and multidimensional reality. It is connected with the stage of intention, the phase when we stretch into the multidimensional realm, connecting with our higher self and catching a glimpse of our true nature with all its potentials fully accomplished. Peur suprême

“Au final il faudra forcément traverser la porte de la peur suprême” (Manlio Sgalambro, Fleur Jaeggy)

Si tu fais bien attention, tu pourras remarquer que ta vie est une fuite continuelle de quelque chose que tu ne pourras jamais éviter.

Puisque tout le monde fuit cette chose-là, il faut vraiment faire très attention pour arriver à te rendre compte que tu es en train de fuir désespérément et que toute l’humanité est une espèce en fuite. Il s’agit bien d’une fuite désespérée parce que c’est impossible de s’échapper. Pourtant cela n’empêche l’éventuelle déprimante illusion de pouvoir s’échapper.

Tu peux fuir de plusieurs manières, en voyageant en première classe, ou en seconde ou troisième, mais ce sera une fuite désespérée, dont la fin est inévitable pour tout le monde.

Qu’est-ce que tu fuis ?

Tu fuis ce qui te fait peur, tellement peur que tu as passé toute ta vie depuis des générations à le fuir, jusqu’à ne plus savoir de quoi il s’agit. La fuite n’en est plus une, mais elle est devenue la réalité, la vie humaine ordinaire. Et c’est la seule manière pour oublier la fuite et ce qu’on fuit.

Qu’est-ce que tu fuis ?

Tu fuis une expérience de pure terreur, de peur suprême.

Je suis désolé de gâcher l’ambiance, j’aimerais pouvoir utiliser des mots rassurants et lumineux, mais nous rentrons en ce moment dans le cycle du Scorpion, et même avec toute la bonne volonté que j’y mets d’habitude, je ne peux pas être de bonne humeur pendant cette période.

Tu es en train de fuir, on est en train de fuir une expérience affreuse. Les choses de ta vie qui d’habitude te font peur et te rendent malheureux ne sont qu’un pâle reflet de la peur que tu vas éprouver quand tu ne pourras plus t’échapper, quand tu seras en face à ce que tu as fui, et quand cette chose aura gagné sur toi.

Qu’est-ce-que c’est que cette expérience horrible ?

Il est impossible de la décrire avec les langages humains, qui ont été créeés afin de fuir cette expérience.

Quand cette expérience arrive, tu te mues à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur, tu n’es plus en mesure de parler, de penser, car toutes tes pensées et paroles n’étaient qu’une fuite de cette expérience. Tu ne peux même plus bouger, car tous tes mouvements et tes actions ont été une fuite de cette expérience. Lorsque cela arrive, tu comprends que jusqu’à ce jour tu as fui ce qui te faisait peur et que d’ici là tu ne pourras plus fuir ta peur. La peur et l’effroi auront gagné.

Quel scénario dévastateur !

Attention, celle-ci n’est pas une prédiction apocalyptique. Je parle là de quelque chose qui existe depuis que l’espèce humaine est sur terre. Au contraire, l’espèce humaine existe en vertu de cette chose-là, même si elle ne veut pas la reconnaître ni l’accepter, même si elle la fuit, même si cette chose gagne toujours du début à la fin.

Il existe deux mots dans le langage humain pour donner une description corrompue de cette expérience et, puisque le langage humain a été inventé pour fuir la peur de cette expérience, il s’agit de mots en fuite. Ces mots sont :

SEXE et MORT

J’entends par là l’expérience pure de ces mots qui va au-delà des mots mêmes, au-delà de toute pensée, intellectualisation et description qu’on pourrait associer à cette expérience. Je parle des émotions les plus intenses que provoquent ces mots.

Au-delà du sexe et de la mort tu trouveras ce que tu fuis, qui est en même temps la chose qui t’attire le plus dans ton intimité, car c’est ce qui donne un sens à l’existence de ta propre âme. Pour te réconforter et de donner un bonbon spirituel je peux te dire que ce que tu fuis est l’extase suprême, le sommet de la fusion avec le tout, etc. Mais ce ne sont que des mots, et ce qui compte ici est la réalité de la fin de la fuite et de sa peur suprême.

Ce travail est dédié donc à cette peur suprême, à sa reconnaissance, à son acceptation, à la conscience de sa nature et à la transformation de la vie humaine pour qu’elle avance en conscience à la rencontre de cette peur au lieu de la fuir.

Learning and unlearning

You believe that the more you read, travel the world or get to know people, the more you learn about life.

You may be right, though also the opposite could be the case. If the purpose of what you read, where you travel and the people you know is preventing you from learning about life, then the more you read, travel the world or get to know people, the more you unlearn about life.

And the more you let go of what you have read or learnt from people and places, the more you learn about life.

Allora, mancano poche ore alla luna piena in Ariete.

Forse la tua energia viaggia oltre ogni limite di velocità e non c’è autovelox che tenga.

Forse sei attanagliato nel dilemma numero uno dell’ego, che è fare o non fare, agire ed essere diretti o aspettare e accettare compromessi.

La tecnica più efficace se proprio vuoi andare oltre l’ego e non te la stai solo raccontando, è compiere un’azione o fare qualcosa che desideri molto, ma che crea grande imbarazzo per l’ego.

L’ego è l’immagine che vuoi dare agli altri di te stesso. Si tratta di qualcosa che può esistere solo in una realtà separata e arbitraria, in cui quel che conta sono le apparenze.

Per praticare questa tecnica si tratta di impiegare un desiderio, qualcosa che senti forte, ma che poi blocchi pensando alle conseguenze, a quello che può succedere se lo esprimi.

Allora, in questo caso mi permetto di usare esempi che per molti sono piuttosto imbarazzanti.

Per esempio, ti piace molto qualcuno e desidereresti intrattenerti in maniera intima con quella persona. In questo caso la tecnica consiste nel rivolgersi a quella persona e dichiarare il tuo desiderio apertamente.

Perché la tecnica funzioni bene si tratta tuttavia di essere i più diretti possibile e dire esattamente che cosa tu vorresti fare con quella persona.

Se si tratta di un “intrattenimento intimo” è necessario che tu entra nei particolari e che sia del tutto esplicito a questo riguardo. Si tratta di un rapporto sessuale, di un massaggio senza sesso, di parlare in profondità, di coccolarsi, di guardarsi negli occhi, di fare una pratica spirituale o una passeggiata in un bosco?

Rispetto a quello che dici si tratta di evidenziare l’aspetto più imbarazzante della tua proposta, senza alcun sottinteso.

Se per esempio ciò che vuoi veramente è un massaggio in cui non c’è tuttavia rapporto sessuale, occorre che proponi proprio quello, invece di dire che vuoi solo fare una passeggiata in un bosco.

Certo, dicendo che vuoi fare una passeggiata in un bosco può essere sottinteso che poi succederà qualcosa d’altro. Ma questa è una tecnica arietina, e non scorpionica! Qui scopri tutte le tue carte alla prima mano.

Quindi se vuoi solo un massaggio senza rapporto sessuale, lo dici apertamente, senza usare la passeggiata nel bosco come copertura.

Inoltre se vuoi un massaggio senza sesso, chiarisci che vuoi solo quello e che questo non sottintende affatto che poi ci sarà del sesso, a meno che tu voglia che ci sia pure quello.

Quindi il primo punto della tecnica è essere diretti riguardo a quello che vuoi fare. Questo mette in imbarazzo l’ego, perché se siamo diretti ed espliciti, ci possono essere conseguenze per la nostra immagine.

La persona può dire no, e questo è umiliante e crea una marea di paure. Ma anche il fatto che risponda di sì può creare altrettante paure.

Ecco, perché il secondo punto della tecnica consiste nell’essere diretti provando soddisfazione già solo per il fatto di esserlo, non importa quale sia la risposta. Quindi il sì che cerchi qui non è quello della persona a cui ti rivolgi bensì il sì verso quello che senti.

Il terzo punto riguarda la durata di quello che proponi. Su questo punto di scatenano i maggiori equivoci e paure. Per quanto tempo vuoi fare una passeggiata in un bosco, un massaggio senza sesso, un guardarsi negli occhi, ecc.?

Questo va chiarito sin da subito e non sottinteso.

Se vuoi passare una notte intera con qualcuno non gli proponi di andare solo a cena insieme. Oppure se vuoi andare a cena per poi valutare se passare o meno una notte insieme, lo dici apertamente. Insomma, anche qui scopri tutte le tue carte.

Scopri anche le tue carte riguardo altre eventuali estensioni di tempo.

Se quel che vuoi veramente è solo passare una notte insieme e basta, al fine di ottenere quell’obiettivo allora eviti di dire alla persona in questione che vuoi continuare a stare con lei e pure sposarla.

Se invece dici di voler passare una notte insieme a qualcuno, o accetti di passare la notte con qualcuno, ma il tuo intento effettivo è quello di avere una relazione stabile con qualcuno, conoscersi meglio, costruire qualcosa insieme e pure sposarsi, allora si tratta di chiarirlo subito. In caso contrario passi una notte con qualcuno perché lo vuoi veramente e per solo una notte, e non come strategia per poterci passare insieme tutte le notti della vita.

Insomma, sii diretto, scopri tutte le tue carte.

Non c’è nulla di più imbarazzante per l’ego.

Tutto quello che anche solo leggendo queste parole ti ha creato disagio, imbarazzo, rabbia, agitazione e ogni altro tipo di emozione o giudizio, fa parte dell’identikit del tuo ego.

Anche prima di essere diretto, solo nel pensare di esserlo, puoi riconoscere il tuo ego.

Allora se vuoi andare oltre l’ego, sai cosa fare.

Questa è una tecnica arietina, la più efficace.

Ma se proprio non ti piace, ci sono anche altre tecniche, assai più complesse e raffinate. E ne riparliamo tra una settimana.

Backdoor

You believe that you live only because you have thoughts and a body. Yet as long as you are just in your thoughts and body, no real life exists in you.

Your thoughts are digital programmes and your body is merely a piece of cloth. Your thoughts and body have replaced your real life. Your true life has gone and all you have are just some thoughts and a body, which belong to a bogus life. At a certain stage also your thoughts and body will go, so that nothing of you is left anymore.

Before leaving you, your true life left a secret programme within your mind and a covert gateway in your body. They are a reminder of your original life, a backdoor to whom you truly are.

There is nothing useful you can do with your thoughts and body unless you choose to employ them to find that backdoor and retrieve your true life.
