This isn't always easy. Putting yourself out there for the world to judge is a scary, threatening endeavor. You can't just do what public speakers do and imagine all of your readers in their underwear. I have to write from my soul and every word is translated via my fingertips. There's no other way for me. I am not a part of writer's forums where colleagues critique each other. I don't subscribe to any sort of self-help guide. I am basically just jumping into the pool, head first and you know what? I wouldn't have it any other way. The reason being; how can you apologize for being who you are? I would rather be myself than try to shape myself like one does a blob of clay. Today's thoughts match the rain. I'd rather dance in the rain, though.
