Out of Body Concepts
I guess this is a random blog but I thought this would be cool to write about. Often, people are consumed by anxieties, fears and worries. We are all plagued by these at one point or another in our lives.
So I thought of a handy concept, to bring everything back into perspective. I guess it is similar to mindfulness.
So, the idea I was thinking, was, if one is being mindful of one self, what does that make everything else in the mean time?
Everything is left to be what we conceive it to be.
Everything outside our self is dually what is conceived by others and how we conceive things to be. In turn, our thoughts can persuade others and others can persuade us.
It embodies the objective saying; is the glass half full, or half empty? Whatever you think! Whatever I think!
But, the next thing I thought was; oh well, who really cares?
Instead of trying to wonder how things can be conceptualized and understood, how about we just accept we all have different concepts of life.
Just being mindful of that fact is important.
It's important because concepts themselves can change. In turn situations can change and things can improve... can't they? No matter what. It's just how you choose to see it.
