Next, please be aware that we no longer support live Instagram chat during the show. This is not our decision – the Instagram API has changed and will not permit us to find chats by hashtags. However, don’t despair! You can still do live chat on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube (instructions here) AND ALSO from the start of 2019, we’ve added support for those of you who like to use the rapidly-growing streaming video platform Twitch.tv.
Twitch has a strong video gaming bias, but it also includes live music and a growing amount of other creative content. If Twitch is your natural home online, we’re ready for you! Michelle’s channel is here.

Writing About Ghosts
As the evenings draw in (at least in the Northern hemisphere!) it’s only right that we should turn out attention to the darker side of things… which is of course one of Michelle’s favourite areas of writing.
As you know, every month Michelle answers questions from readers live on Facebook (also cross-posted to YouTube) and this month her subject is Writing About Ghosts. How do you start a ghost story? How do you research it? And crucially, how do you create a chilling atmosphere?
All this plus bags of questions from readers about the date of the Stone Age, trans folk in ancient cultures and the identity of Tall Tailess…
