My second book is due out in August... that one is not finished nor to the press.


To the writers of the world, I offer this advice: do not release two books two months apart. Releasing 4 in 6 months? I'm pretty sure that's insanity, but oh well! It means that 2010 will NOT be a boring year for me!

I bought my iPod for my trek to Alaska-- as 45-hour drive. The little music player and I enjoyed a tepid relationship until I left it on a plane after returning to SLC from New York.

Leaving $250 on a plane sucks.

LDS Story Makers

This weekend I had the pleasure of going to the LDS Story Maker's Conference, a two-day conference held at the Provo Marriott with nearly 500 attendants.

I had no idea it was that big!

Classes were taught by seasoned authors, New York agents (Laura Rennert and Nephele Tempest), and an editor from Random House. I showed up too late to the game to sneak a pitch session or enter any of the contests, but I did get to meet writers I've only known online. And the best part? They're all finding succes...
