AND...
Did y'all have a nice Valentine's Day? I recycled last year's idea, but instead of using cash with marbles in the base of the jar , I used lottery tickets and dimes.
The HH got me roses, which once again I will try to root.  Haven't succeeded yet:( The next day when he saw them on sale, he picked up the tulips.  Yay! Those will definitely go in the garden come spring.

The warm weather and the tulips popping up went to my head and I planted my rhizomes. What was I thinking?

We went to a luncheon this weekend and one of the women introduced herself. Our conversation went something like this.
She said, "Hello. I'm Sandra. And you are?"
I said, "Hi. Sandra." Smiling.
She said, "That's correct, I'm Sandra. Your name?"
I said, "Sandra."
She said, "Yes, I'm Sandra. And you?"
I said, "Sandra."
At this point someone stepped in and did the introductions:)
AND...

A Carolina Wren found its way onto the porch where two of the cats were. When I tried to get the cats in the house so I could get the bird off the porch, the bird flew in the house. After a hectic chase, the HH managed to herd the bird outside.
That little wren should have bought a lottery ticket because it was sure his lucky day.


AND...Abject apologies, I've been falling behind with my visits. If I'm not at your place, I am on my way. Darn Netflix.

Here’s my on the down low outlet. I’m trying to teach myself to draw flowers. Why on the down low? As many of you know,  I’ve got artists in the family. And my efforts...puny at best.  Artists make it look so easy. It’s not...at least for me.So what is YOUR other creative outlet?

I've never used packaged rhizomes before, but they should be like planting bulbs but not nearly as deep, right? What about you, have you ever used packaged rhizomes?

It's not Christmas. It's not Easter. And in spite of the weather going from below twenty-five to sixty,  it's blooming:)

You fill this canister with water and attach it to what piece of cleaning equipment?
