How can you complain about animes like that when in the very same mouthful (in a manner of speaking) be fine with the male examples? Didn't you write a fanfic about Venom having a vibrator forcibly inserted up his ass and then tied up with a ball gag to pr
I guess the biggest difference is that my stories are clearly labelled as porn, and aren’t marketed to a general audience…?
That those male fanservice scenes I post are the rare exceptions and not the overwhelming rule…?
That men don’t struggle under the same pervasive rape culture that women do…?
I mean, seriously, where would you like me to start.
Mostly I find your attitude pretty insulting (and troubling!) that because I like some fanservice means I’m required to like all fanservice, or that I should keep my mouth shut on the subject because I like to write porn. I can still have opinions on what’s appropriate or not in the media I watch. Really! There is some not-very-cool stuff going on, and I like to mention it in passing on my blog every once in a while.
But since I’m pretty sure this is the same outraged anon who gets livid every time this subject is brought up, I’d recommend that you simply unfollow me. Because, yeah, sometimes I’m going to dare to mention that I don’t like a thing, and then I might even give a reason why, and I’m really tired of rehashing this same argument with you each and every time I do. Thanks!

The anime in question (though it’s not like this is the first show I’ve been squicked out by while screencapping) is Shokugeki no Soma, a cooking anime where the main character’s food is so good that it basically makes anyone who eats it orgasm. Foodgasm. Get it?
For women that generally means they appear in an ero scene and then get molested by something. Food-themed molestations! What a wacky and zany sense of humor this show has.
I did a youtube search for ‘Shokugeki no Soma rape’ and these were the first two results, but there are plenty more.
Men who taste his cooking sometimes get fanservice too, but it’s more general “oh, hahah look he’s happy and naked” sort of humor without the accompanying forced titillation. They also don’t get molested like the women always do. Because men can’t get molested, right? Only women can. Because it’s sexy. They definitely can’t enjoy food consensually.
Anyway, the show is basically skeevy as fuck and I hate it. But there is some good male fanservice once in a while so I’ll keep skimming it as it’s released. Tra la la.

It’s hard being a public porn servant, huh? Just remember that you persevere for the greater good: that those whom you help need not endure or endorse shitty anime to see the good parts. And I thank you for that.
