Lovecraft!
So here I am, over a year since my last post... I'm getting the impression I'm not very good at this sort of thing after all!
Anyway, my new book, The Shadow Over Loch Ness is now available, and I'm really pleased with the feedback. Which is lucky, because there's more to come!
It's inspired by my favourite author, HP Lovecraft, and (as might be assumed from the title) the action takes place around Loch Ness. But don't be expecting a cameo from Nessie... this monster isn't so friendly and, unfortunately, not as elusive either!

So today I made my novel, "A Tiding Of Magpies", available for sale.
I have to tell you, I'm proud of myself! Also very excited. As in "little-boy-at-Christmas" excited.

My first blog... ever!
OK, so as a writer, you'd think I'd be good at this sort of thing, but I'm honestly rubbish. Partly due to having never done one before due to laziness.
But since joining Goodreads, I've decided it makes sense to make an effort (there's a good slogan, if I had something to apply it to...)
So here's my first blog... ever!
Now I just have to think of something to say.
