Give Me a K-I-L-L By R. L. Stine
Back to Shadyside High we go! I love R. L. Stine and all his books I am so glad he decided to write more Fear Street books. I loved this book just as much. Heather Wyatt just moved schools and she was a good cheerleader but when she moves into Shadyside it looks like there may not be room on the cheerleading squad for her. Boy, do the “claws” come out in this book! R. L. Stine books always make me excited to find out what will happen next and I always love reading to the end. This book was no exception. * I received this book from NetGalley—This is my honest review* 5/5

The Witchling Apprentice by B. Kristin McMichael
This book was fun an exciting read. Witches, potions, magical spells and sooo much more were in this book. This is a great book for young adult to my age. I have not read any other books from this author so I am excited to see what happens next in this series. What a fun book for me! * I received this book from NetGalley—This is my honest review* 5/5

Lincoln Hospital by Cassia Brightmore
I have not read anything from this author before but I liked this book more I thought I would. This book is definitely for adults readers due to language and sexual situations. I was a bit surprised by this but overall I liked the characters a lot more than I thought I would. Dr. Cian O’Reilly I have a love hate relationship with him because there is a few thing I love about him but more things right now I hate about him. But since this is a series, opinions for characters can change I have had it happen to me before. Dr. Athena Payne, I like her and her friend Sabine very much. I hope we have much more of them and learn more about these characters in the books to come. I may read the next book to see what happens next. I like to give new authors and new series 2-3 books before I decide if this is a series or author I will keep reading if I am on the fence about it. This one I am still on the fence about but the book and the story does have a little something in it for many readers. 3/5

A Change of Heart by Mark Benjamin
I have to say, I still love a good vampire book. Gabriel Harper is a human-vampire hybrid. I think this is a great idea on the story for this book. I was interested in seeing how different this story was from other vampires book. For me, this book was fun to read and kept me wanting to find out more and turn the pages. I think in some places it was a bit slow but overall I enjoyed it. * I received this book from the author—this is my honest review* 4/5

In Search of the Golden City by Mia Lutsch
I don’t think I’ve read anything quite like this book before. I honestly wasn’t sure at first if I would like it. I was surprised that it kept my attention better than I first thought. Akim , a man who leaves home to learn the trade of furniture making. Akim apprentices with a hermit named Asteodor. Akim soon gets called on to help the king. Akim has special abilities too. I think the characters were exciting and different. The story was unique as well. Overall, I was pleased with this book. * I received this book from the author–this is my honest review* 4/5

I loved this book. This book kept me wanting to read more from the beginning of the book. So far, I very much love this series of mystery thrillers! I really enjoyed the unpredictability of this book. It kept me reading and wanting to see if my guesses where right. I did not get close! * I received this book from the author–this is my honest review* 5/5

The Flame Never Dies by Rachel Vincent
This was another great book by Rachel! I love this series so far. I think on the first book I was not as excited as I am about this book. We had lots of ups and downs with this book. I loved getting back in touch with Nina, Finn, and Mellie. Rachel added more characters that were great and much more excitement. I can’t wait for more books from Rachel! 5/5

The Keeper by Rebecca E. Neely
I have not read anything from this author before. This was not a bad start to a series for me. The magic and warriors and dark realms took me on a great adventure. I feel like this book was a face-paced very adventure for me with a lot of action. I think the magical world building was intense and kept me wanting to read more. I was caught up in a good book all the way through. * I received this book from the author —this is my honest review* 4/5
