‘Cruisin through books ’cause books make life worth livin’ with Aly #RileyAmosReviews, 4/10/2015 part 3
After a horrible motorcycle accident and several days in a coma, Cody wakes up with a special gift. His new ability allows him into other people’s repressed memories. Cody and his girlfriend Tiffney go to law school and then to work for the FBI wanting to help put bad guys in jail. Working as a profiler and prosecutor, they help to break a case of a sex slave trafficking ring. I very much enjoyed this fast moving story, written is in a style that was very compelling and worth reading. I would recommend this book to many readers that like to read these books about catching the bad guy in the world. It remind me a little of Criminal Minds. * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review* 4/5

‘Cruisin through books ’cause books make life worth livin’ with Aly #RileyAmosReviews, 4/10/2015 part 2
The Bone Wall by D. Wallace Peach
I love gaming and I also have a love for great fantasy stories. In this book there are elements magic, mythical beasts and wonderfully imaginative kingdoms all of which are set in world where you can’t trust anyone. The thing I like about this story is that even with the elements based in the future, I still feel like it could all be possible. We meet Rimma, the strong willed twin bent on revenge; and Angel, the sweet, soft twin looking to find peace and reconciliation. As these girls makes a choice in life the other twin’s life is impacted in some way. If you like to read fantasy, you should check this book out. I enjoyed this book very much. * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review* 5/5 (Looks like you’re becoming a board favorite Diane!)

We came up with a new segment name for Alysia’s reviews! Let us know what you think of the title.
Life Is Funny That Way by Sharon L Lopez
This book is very good. It is about Jennifer and Teddie falling in love and taking on life’s journey. I enjoyed following them through the good and bad times in life. I would recommend this book to anyone. It is full of ups and downs but tells about these two characters journey through life and the hard decisions that come with growing up. * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review* 5/5

#RileyAmosReviews, the yawn that cracked my jaw edition, part 4!
The Sin Eater’s Daughter by Melinda Salisbury
I was disappointed with this book. This book was not what I had hoped for. It had a great cover and pulled me in with the blurb on the book. But I was hoping for much more. This book had every potential; an interesting mythology, characters and power dynamics. But it couldn’t put all the pieces together. The pacing was all wrong and boring. Nothing happened for the majority of the book. Everything important was crammed right at the end. 3/5

A New Darkness by Joseph Delaney
I loved the Last Apprentice series so I’m so glad to be able to see what happens next to Tom Ward. In this book Tom Ward is a Spook, taking over where his master left off. Tom takes on his own apprentice, a girl. That is unheard of! But she is a 7th daughter of a 7th daughter, why not a girl? I enjoyed this book very much and loved getting back up with Tom Ward and his world of things that go bump in the night. If you enjoyed the Last Apprentice series or enjoyed The Seventh Son movie, you should check out this great collection of book sin this series and Please check this book out as well. You won’t be disappointed! I love them all! 5/5

#RileyAmosReviews, the yawn that cracked my jaw edition, part 2!
Opening the Veil , by C.L. Clark
The author has created a heroine and sidekick that make a great team. This is the first book in a series about a paranormal insurance investigator and her beloved cat. The story starts out with Cassie as a receptionist/office manager for the greatest boss in town, Artie. Soon she meets a good-looking soap opera-like new neighbor, Scott who talks her into a dinner date, but she soon sees him what a pig he can be. Once back from the date her beloved cat, Allie becomes her closes confidante. Cassie’s life is changed forever and suddenly she can speak and get answers with Allie and also see ghosts that are all around her in her hometown of Kensington Falls. Have you ever dreamed your cat could talk? A serial killer is on the loose and the book takes you off in a great adventure with Allie and Cassie. I enjoyed this story very much. I love cats too. * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review* 5/5

#RileyAmosReviews, the yawn that cracked my jaw edition, part 1!
I’m still rubbing the sleep from my eyes, but Alysia dropped a few reviews off last night. I might put another post up later, after I get the fog cleared from the brain.
The Skull Throne , by Peter V. Brett
I was not as impressed as I thought I would be with this book. The characters were ok but the story line was not my taste. I think I thought the story line was a bit slow for me. I have not read any of the other books in the series so I felt a bit lost. But in short, It did not keep me as interested as I thought I’d be when I saw the cover of that this could be a great book. * I received this book form netgalley in exchange for an honest review* 3/5

For someone other than myself! One Dora Gonzalez has a fantasy release soon, called The Five Kingdoms of Severi, it looks like an interesting read!
And with that, I start a new segment, just entitled new releases. A test run will be starting soon, so if you have a book coming out in the next few weeks, drop me a line at RileyAmosReviews(at)gmail(.)com, and I’ll start to gather a weekly list!

Last day of this, I swear. The funniest comments from the spam filters.
First, I want to preface this by saying I now feel stupider after taking the time to read through the spam that makes it past the filters. Just so the people that make these bots know, hiding it with a message that seems halfway coherent, even if no where near the subject, is not a good way to improve your clicks. It just feels desperate and needy. On top of which, the one post I WOULD HAVE APPROVED YOUR SHIT you didn’t even take the time to make one single post with the word pancake. You have failed.
So, I will now be trusting when something is put in the spam filter. For no other reason than I only came across 1 comment in it that WordPress was wrong about. So, if you’re comment gets deleted, and you really want to get a hold of me, remember to use e-mail for best results: RileyAmosReviews(at)gmail(.)com. I always love to talk to new people.
Now, the funniest comments from the spam filter:
it’s called you need a vacation, not with your family. You need a “YOU vacation”, maybe with a girlfriend, maybe by yourself… but you need to go. If only for a weekend.I mean don’t get me wrong it won’t totally cure the whole thing but it will remind you why you grew up in the first place.
Thank you a lot for giving everyone an extremely pleasant possibility to check tips from here. It can be so lovely and as well , full of a good time for me personally and my office mates to visit your site the equivalent of 3 times in 7 days to read through the newest issues you have. And indeed, we are at all times impressed concerning the terrific things you serve. Certain 3 ideas in this post are surely the most suitable we have all ever had.
This piece was cogent, well-written, and pithy.
The very core of your writing while sounding agreeable at first, did not work well with me personally after some time. Somewhere throughout the sentences you were able to make me a believer unfortunately only for a while. I however have got a problem with your leaps in logic and you might do nicely to help fill in all those breaks. If you can accomplish that, I would certainly be fascinated.
– Erica really took the time to get to know us and that made things a lot easier. She has a very artistic eye and does things no other photographer would think of. The best part is how natural it was to have her taking photos without us even knowing she was there. A+++
Can someone please make Mr. Hill go away? Yikes. His arguments are full of logical fallacies, mostly ad hominen (attacking the man and name calling). This could be such a nice place to have logical and intelligent discussion, banter and discourse if it wasn’t for the man’s nastiness. I would rather hear the opinions of other like-minded, clear-headed conservatives than someone who is ready to bite my head off b/c I may disagree! Jeepers!
Heres an interesting stat from another Steeler site: In the last 15 years we have averaged under 4 yards per carry only 3 years: 2008, 2003 and, wait for this one, 1995. This year we are averaging 3.6 ypc and in 1995 it was 3.7 ypc. In 2006 we averaged more ypc (4.2) than in 2005 (4.0). I dunnois having a running game overrated?
My wife was watching “Last Comic Standing” last night and as I walked by I saw the little promo for “Nashville Star”. All of these crappy shows remind me of a Dennis Miller (way back when he wasn’t cozying up to Falafel Boy) line…”the country is offically out of talent!”
hahaha I love you man. I remember thinking last night, “someone told her this was a good song…?” I also noted the screaming, and laughed out loud, by myself when I saw Simon’s face. Then when it ended, I remember thinking, “ohh I wish they would critique her!!” ha. What a mess.
Hey! I know this is sort of off-topic but I had to ask. Does operating a well-established website such as yours require a massive amount work? I’m completely new to writing a blog but I do write in my diary on a daily basis. I’d like to start a blog so I will be able to share my experience and thoughts online. Please let me know if you have any kind of ideas or tips for new aspiring blog owners. Thankyou!
Thanks for this excellent article. Also a thing is that nearly all digital cameras can come equipped with a zoom lens that permits more or less of any scene to generally be included simply by ‘zooming’ in and out. Most of these changes in focus length tend to be reflected from the viewfinder and on substantial display screen right at the back of the particular camera.
My mom made us the best costumes ever out of things we already had at home. My brother’s spiderman costume was genius and made out of two turtlenecks and an old pair of blue tights. Target should be marketing the ingenuity of making your own costumes by selling the materials to do so AND selling costumes if you don’t have time to make them. Sheesh. They should have just asked us. Right?
I was wondering if you ever considered changing the layout of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?
Thanks for the strategies presented. One thing I should also believe is the fact credit cards featuring a 0% monthly interest often bait consumers in zero rate, instant approval and easy online balance transfers, however beware of the top factor that may void the 0% easy street annual percentage rate and also throw you out into the terrible house in no time.
Both the bramins pigaaoptrng and teaching their young generation that they r superior to other communists, and the so-called atheists saying only bramins r the sole reason for all these problems our country is facing are nothing but lies… as usual innocent masses not knowing who is right and who is wrong gets fragmented further. I remember overhearing one of my bramin frnd’s father on phone scolding him to restrict his frndshp only to bramins. That too in chennai… again in mid 2000s…horrible… as for veeramani n co.. sigh…… :-/
So as you can see, they don’t even bother to even TRY which is just horrible….They didn’t even spell check it. I should start a spamming business and show them how to do it right! Never mind…that’s way too much effort.
