2019 Camp NaNoWriMo

So with working full time and recently a work colleague being off on long term sick, I found I lost my enthusiasm to write. Even though I had several ideas buzzing in my head and sketched out in notebooks. After receiving several emails about the 2019 Camp NaNoWriMo I decided to take the opportunity to try getting myself back on track.
Unlike NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) in November when the goal is 50,000 words Camp gives you the opportunity to set your own goals. I still feel maybe I have been a bit optimistic setting my goal at 25,000 words.
My plan is to ease myself into writing by doing a few Short Stories and some Flash Fiction (around 100 word length stories). I hope to pull together Book 2 in my Poetry and Prose Series after having taken part in the NaPoWriMo (National Poetry Writing Month) Challenge earlier in the year.
Check out 'Rainbows & Roses ~ Poetry & Prose' my first collection

You can also check out my progress on the Camp website or visit my WordPress Blog.
To anyone taking part Happy Writing Rose English ~~<@

A Boy from the Streets by Maria Gibbs
Release Tour
A BOY FROM THE STREETS
Author: Maria Gibbs
Genre: Urban Drama
Synopsis: http://mybook.to/BoyfromStreets
Two babies abandoned at birth—one grows up in a life of privilege, the other in poverty.
On the 12th of September, 1981, twin boys are born in a Brasilian hospital and left to their fate as orphans. Jose is adopted by a couple who takes him to England, but the other isn’t so lucky. Pedro ends up on the streets of Rio, left to fend for himself in a harsh and unforgiving world.
Love and betrayal.
Twelve years later Jose’s family returns to Brasil, where he learns the truth about his adoption and his twin. Thinking his adoptive parents no longer want him, he runs away to find his brother. What follows will shake Jose to the core and shape the rest of his life—if he can survive.
Murder.
Jose isn’t the only one whose life will change. Pedro is offered an opportunity beyond any of his wildest dreams, but to keep it will mean the betrayal of someone he loves. This proves to be a far greater challenge than he anticipated when the orphan finds himself suddenly surrounded by family who, unfortunately, don’t all have good intentions.
Hopes and dreams.
A Boy from the Streets will tug at your heart-strings and have you rooting for the little guy as you follow the twists and turns this multi-continental tale takes.

#WMVBSAB
This February the 4th is set to be a day filled with books, romance, laughter, and live 1940’s style music, all thanks to The West Midlands Valentine's Book Signing & 1940’s Ball. With over 25 confirmed authors covering genres such as romance, chick-lit, erotica, young adult, horror, and children’s fiction, there is sure to be something here for you or your loved one just in time for Valentine’s Day. Or at least something to occupy the kids with.
When the door close to the signing at 16:30 we will be reopening them at 19:30 for our 1940’s swing ball, where The Vintage Vocalist will take to the stage and take us back in time with classics from The Andrew Sisters, Vera Lynn, Anne Shelton, and many more. (1940’s dress is very much encouraged but not essential).
So, why not come and mingle with the authors and get those books signed before joining them for a swing around the dancefloor?
