The Rules and Regulations for Mediating Myths & Magic by F.T. Lukens
Desperate to pay for college, Bridger Whitt is willing to overlook the peculiarities of his new job—entering via the roof, the weird stacks of old books and even older scrolls, the seemingly incorporeal voices he hears from time to time—but it’s pretty hard to ignore being pulled under Lake Michigan by… mermaids? “you love me,“ abby says, smiling.
jess leans forward. “yeah, i really do. this isn’t our romeo and juliet moment. you’re going to be okay. no one is dying.”
SUPER CUTE AHHH! thank you so much! (╯✧∇✧)╯
i was at an art museum and i saw a painting that really reminded me of not your sidekick! i thought you might wanna check it out, it's called the wind in a corner by kay sage
Oh thank you! That’s so sweet of you to think of me! And Sage’s art is really lovely too; here’s the piece if anyone else wants to look at it, and it’s on display at the Norton Museum of Art in Florida if anyone is there for an exhibit! I loved how she captured the desert, and that bit of fabric and tech is very neat!! There’s lots of great surreal artwork that involve deserts. ^_^
Surrealism is cool; I like Dali a lot, too, especially this painting of ships with butterflies for sails.
