Judgment from Logical Perspective
Judgment from a logic perspective helps us understand diverse perspectives, shape holistic insight, and advance humanity.

These perspectives explore the nature, origin, and validity of judgments, addressing questions of objectivity, subjectivity, and the role of reason and experience.
Metaethics: Metaethics deals with the nature of moral judgments, questioning whether they are objective truths or subjective reflections of personal preferences. Contemporary philosophers debate the objectivity of moral judgments,
Intuitionism: Intuitionists believe ethical knowledge is gained through immediate apprehension of truth, with true ethical judgments being self-evident through clear and calm reflection.
Epistemology: Epistemology studies the nature, origin, and limits of human knowledge. It examines what kinds of beliefs can be rationally justified, raising questions such as whether knowledge is identical to justified true belief and what constitutes justification.
Logic: Logic is the study of truths based on the meanings of the terms they contain. It deals with correct reasoning and valid argumentation, independent of particular facts. Logic explores the relationship between premises and conclusions, establishing criteria for valid inferences.
Good-Reasons Theory: The good-reasons theory seeks to establish the validity or objectivity of moral judgments by examining the reasoning used to support them. It appreciates the complexity of relationships between evaluative and descriptive aspects of moral discourse.
Philosophy itself is often seen as a search for wisdom, reflecting on human experience and considering topics of great concern to humanity, such as moral responsibilities, the nature of the universe, and the values of truth, goodness, and beauty. Judgment from a logic perspective helps us understand diverse perspectives, shape holistic insight, and advance humanity.

Creative and methodical solvers are able to make unusual associations for solving problems recursively.

In problem-solving, norms are the expected behaviors, attitudes, or opinions shared within a group or society, while deviation refers to actions that differ from these established norms.
Norms in Problem Solving: Norms provide a framework for how problems should be approached and solved within a social unit. These norms can be internalized through socialization, where individuals conform without needing external enforcement, or they can be enforced through external sanctions. Norms are more specific than general values, defining what constitutes acceptable behavior in a particular situation.
Deviation in Problem Solving: Deviation from norms in problem-solving can occur when individuals or groups do not adhere to the expected behaviors or approaches. This deviation can be seen as either functional or dysfunctional, depending on the context and outcomes. Strong organizational cultures may resist deviation, which can inhibit necessary changes, while more flexible environments might encourage it to foster innovation.
Organizational Culture: Organizational culture significantly influences norms and deviations in problem-solving. A strong culture reinforces its values through rituals, symbols, and expected behaviors, which can be internalized by its members. However, this can also hinder the flexibility needed to adapt to change. Conversely, organizations that recognize and understand the underlying assumptions guiding behavior are better equipped to manage change and encourage constructive deviation.
When you encounter a tough problem, you need to think of it in a creative way. There is as much creative thinking that goes into problem identification as solution discovery. It is a sense of perspective, stepping back to see a bigger picture than others. It takes critical thinking to frame the right problem and empathetic thinking to address the correct need. Creative and methodical solvers are able to make unusual associations for solving problems recursively.

IT integration
Integration has to be done with a “big picture,” having the business architecture in mind that supports the strategic goals of the organization.

Components of IT Integration
-Hardware and Software Computer hardware and software are fundamental to information systems, enabling the processing and management of data.
-Networking: Networking infrastructure is a critical component of IT, facilitating the transmission of data and communication across networks.
-Databases and Data Warehouses: Many information systems use databases to deliver data, which support the operations and management functions of an enterprise. Data warehouses contain archival data that can be mined for insights to improve business practices.
-Big Data: The massive collection and processing of quantitative and textual data has evolved into "big data," offering benefits such as evidence-based decision-making and new business models.
Data Analysis Processing textual data from social networks and other sources enables automated sentiment analysis, which is valuable for marketing, competitive intelligence, and product development.
Seamless application connection: Seamless application connection is achieved through technologies like APIs and middleware, which facilitate communication between different software programs.
APIs: Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) are sets of standardized requests that enable different computer programs to communicate with each other. APIs define how a developer can request services from a program, making it easier to work with other applications across different computing platforms. They establish a standardized way to access databases, upload and download files, and pass messages between programs and users.
Middleware: Middleware is computer software that enables communication between multiple software applications, potentially running on different machines. It ensures that different programs work smoothly together, allowing users to interface with one program, manipulate data in another, and query a database with yet another.
Thus, integration has to be done with a “big picture,” having the business architecture in mind that supports the strategic goals of the organization, such as revenue growth, margin improvement, or customer satisfaction etc. Digital IT organizations need to move alignment to the next level, from reluctant IT-business alignment for filling gaps to proactive IT- IT-IT-customer alignment for achieving people centricity.

decisions need to be made fast,
A whisper in the silence,
could this moment last?
With shadows of doubt,
knowledge becomes obscured.
It’s time to decide,
leave the past behind.
This is the moment of truth,
where courage meets the light,
Facing all the fears,
ready for the breakthrough time.
With every initiative I take,
I’ll clarify the purpose underneath,
In the transcendental change,
our influences amplify.
Every choice I’ve made has led me to this place,
With the weight of my decision,
I’ll embrace the diverse viewpoint.
No more second-guessing,
I’m ready to be free,
In this moment of truth,
I’ll be true from a different perspective.
With the passion inside,
igniting the spirit,

I’ll overcome barriers.
In the echoes of doubt,
I’ll share insightful views.
This moment of truth,
inspires us forward.
So here I stand,
with my mind open wide,
In this moment of truth,
I’ll take it all in stride.
With wisdom as my guide,
I’ll create value of different kinds.
In the light of the moment of truth,
we could harmonize the world.

Follow us at: @Pearl_ZhuValidity & Soundness
Valid decision-making is essential in various contexts, from personal choices to organizational strategies.

Validity and soundness are distinct concepts used to evaluate deductive arguments. An argument is valid if the conclusion necessarily follows from the premises. In other words, if the premises are true, the conclusion must also be true.
Validity is determined by the form or structure of the argument, not the actual truth of the premises. An argument is sound if it is valid and its premises are true. Therefore, a sound argument guarantees a true conclusion.
Validity concerns the logical connection between premises and conclusion, while soundness requires both a valid structure and true premises. In logic, soundness refers to the property of an argument that meets two conditions:
-Validity: The argument's conclusion follows necessarily from its premises. This means that if the premises are true, the conclusion must also be true.
-True Premises: The premises of the argument are, in fact, true.
If an argument meets both conditions, it is considered sound. A sound argument guarantees the truth of its conclusion. The logician is concerned with the first condition, while the determination of the truth or falsity of the premises is the task of another discipline.
Valid decision-making is essential in various contexts, from personal choices to organizational strategies. Make a judgment that is supported by the analysis, rather than emotion or bias. Integrate all the evaluated evidence, assumptions, and counterarguments to form a well-rounded conclusion.
