 They collaborate with the executive team, aligning their oversight with company objectives. The board's composition, including independent directors, is central to organizational maturity.

Strategic planning defines the organization's purpose and establishes realistic goals and objectives within a defined time frame. BoD's Performance Monitoring: The effective monitoring of business performance is vital for organizational success. Good governance can create good performance, especially in the long run.
