Bonalu Mahan Kali Jatara

Ha! it means the journey of mother Goddess Kali, in 1869 Hyderabad was suffering from a fierce attack of plague, then this puja/procession started, the devotees carry idol (?) of Goddess Kali on chariot, followed by procession (? read in google), a whole lot of dancing and drum play is included, I will share the pix tomorrow, the ones I managed from my bird nest. :)

You really don’t expect me to go downstairs, do you just to take snaps for you? If you did, I am sorry I am really lazy!

I can tell you one thing twenty drums playing together can almost cause heart attack ;p
