My patreon profile- if you like my works!
Why will you become my patrons and spend your hard earned money? Well I have four reasons and one extra one! Honestly I can’t promise you the next David Copperfield or Harry Potter but if you are a regular reader of my blogs then I can hope that you like the things I write, paint! Now, I can quite clearly see that you have already noticed that I am reposting my old works since last year, the new works are being included in my books in Amazon and Patreon, later, when I will be able to save my dreams from “Great Indian Red Tapes” they will be available in Agnijashatadalama too!
But if you truly admire my works and want to check out my fresh works, which you can guess are far better than the ones I wrote or painted in 2012… please become my patrons in Patreon and help me become financially self dependent through my own creativity! The things I will gift you in return of your priceless generosity:
If you pledge $1 per month Agnijaat every month
If you pledge $2 per month Agnijaat, Agnishatdal every month
If you pledge $3 per month Agnijaat, Agnishatdal, Agnimalya every month

Agnikorak in payhip.com
Agnikorak
Agnikorak is a poetry book lavishly illustrated. The difference between SBPnB and Agnikorak is their literary contents. Agnikorak is purely poetry. SBPnB is much more versatile.
This book may not show up in Patreon, it will mostly contain very short forms of poetry, like Haiku, Seven, Seventee, Senru, Quatrain etc, so i can illustrate them with my heart’s content!
You will have to check out a few copies to get the feel. Just like Agnimalya, SBPnB the genre of the poems will be versatile. Once in a blue moon you may get a book centered on certain topic or emotion!
How to buy?
Either directly from payhip or indirectly from paypal
https://payhip.com/sharmishthabasu
https://www.paypal.me/sharmishthabasu
[You pay me via paypal, send me the list of the books you want and i will send you the pdf files]
Now, there is no option of including any details in payhip or patreon so if you want to browse about the contents (and once in a while critiques) you will have to pay a visit to one of these sites and check out the indexes there:

Agnimalya in Payhip.com
Agnimalya
Agnimalya is a book of stories, some old stories and mostly new stories are included in it. The mood depends on the stories included- that is- they are unpredictable! I try to make them as versatile as possible and sometimes throw in some flash-fictions lavishly illustrated for you!
You will have to check out a few copies to get the feel. But just as I said I try to add all genres but not in the same copy, and I don’t really stick to one genre in one book mostly, maybe I will in future, but not at present. Most probably you will enjoy a dose of love in the February Issue or Durgapuja in autumn….
You can buy the book directly or indirectly. Directly from patreon by becoming my patron there and indirectly from payhip by simply buying and downloading from there!

Sharmishtha basu’s pen and brush in payhip.com
Sharmishtha basu’s pen and brush
SBPnB is a book of illustrations mainly. As you can guess from the name the priority has been given to the illustrator inside me! I love to paint and this is the book through which I am sharing my paintings with you.
Sometimes you will get them with quotes, sometimes with poems or flash fictions. But whatever will be there the size of the words will be quite short, so that each post’s length is one page. Sometimes they may get longer but not necessarily!
You will have to check out a few copies to get the feel. Just like Agnimalya the genre of the poems/stories will be versatile. Once in a blue moon you may get a book centered on certain topic or emotion!

Agni (sharmishtha basu) Talks about Movie and Music 5.2.18 Men from UNCLE
Not a big fan of thriller movies, honestly! Because they rarely have good storylines and mostly are full of blood, gore and everything else that turns me off! But this one, like few more is super! It has one my favorite actors Hugh Grant and a terrific trio as the lead actors. I loved them all! I have seen one of them before, in “mirror mirror” he is a very talented actor, and in this movie he portrayed a totally different role with equal expertise! I will love to see him in some really good roles in future! So he aka Illya aka Armie Hammer, Solo aka Henry Cavill and Gaby aka Alicia Vikander bade goodbye with a hint that they may return! I really will love that to happen!
Why? These three and Hugh Grant made a perfect team. Two the storyline was intelligent. Three the acting, editing etc. were awesome. The blood, gore and other distasteful things were almost invisible! It is one of those thrillers you can watch multiple times.
Let me know what you thought of the movie and Armie Hammer. He is a really good actor, and he has the capacity of handling variety of roles, he played the prince charming very well in “mirror mirror”- he was awesome there! If I am not wrong he was a newcomer in that movie, yet he played the role with awesome ease as if he was made for the role, here too, he gives the same feeling, as if he was born to play this role! I have not seen any movie by Henry or Alicia but they were awesome in this one. As for Hugh Grant well I have loved this actor for quite some time, and he for sure can play quite a variety of roles, my favorites are the ones with a good dose of healthy humour- like Notting hill (?) the blockbuster with Julia Roberts.
Happy viewing!
