‘Terror in Our Homeland’ is all too real, fiction is becoming fact.
1. The Prologue is a totally factual yet dramatised account of the first terrorist attack within Australia. This occurred at Silverton near Broken Hill 01/01/1915. You are probably aware of the attack. It involved two Turkish men who worked at the mine. To this day they may have been on orders from Turkish Military Commanders or took up the Moslem call against us their enemies in WW1 that is us.
2. I find no joy in my book becoming somewhat prophetic, the first draft was completed nearly 4 years ago, however since then these three major incidents have occurred.

"Police have moved to reassure Melburnians there is no specific terrorism threat to the city after a "person of interest" in Pakistan named Melbourne locations as potential bombing targets.
Queen Victoria Market, Federation Square, St Paul's Cathedral, the William Street law precinct and the Chadstone shopping centre were all identified as potential locations, police confirmed.
Victoria Police Assistant Commission Ross Guenther said the man discussed.
3. December 2016 Christmas terror plot;
On 23 December 2016, seven people were arrested in Melbourne for plotting an attack on Christmas Day. Properties were raided at Campbellfield, Dallas, Victoria, Flemington, Gladstone Park and Meadow Heights.[108][109] The would-be terrorists planned to attack Federation Square, Flinders Street railway station and St. Paul's Cathedral, three landmarks clustered in the centre of Melbourne.[43] An explosive device and other weapons were to be used.[109] Wikipedia.
4. Today’s news 31/08/2018
Nowroz Amin, of Ingleburn, was arrested on Saturday by the New South Wales joint counter-terrorism team and has been charged with two terrorism offences, including planning an attack and preparing to engage in a hostile activity, the Australian federal police said on Sunday.
Sadly, my plot has become all too real. Thankfully, Australian Authorities stopped these terrorist plans before they were executed.
