Member Exclusive: OneNote In GTD

I just started playing with Microsoft One Note to organize notes on my Novel and it made me wonder of ways I can integrate it into my GTD System. Is there anyone who uses OneNote in there system? How do you use it?

Member Exclusive: A Project In My Calendar

Hi everyone,

I sometimes have a project that suddenly came at me and has to be started and finished today, so I enter it into my calendar. But the point here is like this:

If I put the project description in my calendar, it is 'stuff' - every time I look at it I have to rethink- what is the ne...

GTD Times: The GTD Outlook Add-In

I recently spoke with Dean Hering of Netcentrics about the Getting Things Done Outlook Add-In. We had a fun chat about how the product came to be and what it does these days for GTD'ers on Outlook. Listen now.

Right before the podcast, I Tweeted that I'd be speaking with him and I asked Dean some of the questions some of you sent to me (such as getting tech support, Office 10 release, how it interfaces with Toodledo and more.)

Member Exclusive: Book Club Idea

I was re-reading the GTD book this morning and I swear I read things that I'd never seen before. It's amazing how that book seems to have Harry Potter-like invisibility cloak that reveals new information!

It got me thinking that while many Connect members have likely read the book, multiple ti...

Member Exclusive: Which Model ScanSnap?

With all the glowing reviews of the Fujitsu ScanSnap all over the web, I am close to being convinced that this might actually work for me. The main reason for digitizing my paper is so that I can tag it and find it!

If you have a ScanSnap, would you tell me which model you have and why? I have ...

GTD Times: Regret: A Powerful Motivator

I recently discovered that the musical I'd been working on for the past several years was no longer going to be viable.  Not because it wasn't a good story, or even a good idea.  It's because someone beat me to it.

I was surfing the web and discovered that not only had someone written a similar play, they had named it almost exactly the same and it was a smash hit!  Talk about a body blow.  I'd spent the last few years working on it sporadically, and now it was never going to see the light of d

I am interested if there are any users of Clear Context in the GTD community. If so, would any of you consider yourselves 'power users?' I have been using the Clear Context software for about a month or so after a recommendation from a colleague. I am interested in other people's experiences and ...
