In this interview, David Allen talks with Andy and Tim Cotterill, a father and son who are both GTD enthusiasts. They run a family farm in the West Midlands of England. They also have a busy drainage and construction company, Cotterill Civils. Tim is also a student. Andy found GTD in 2013 when he was trying to keep pace with his growing business while still spending time with family. Tim started using GTD a couple of years later, when he needed it to manage his student workload. They share about their GTD implementations with warmth and humor.

Who knew that reading Getting Things Done would lead Emily to driving David Allen around Boston? After setting up and using her own system, she invited David to speak about GTD at her organization. That was a few years ago, and she's been encouraging colleagues to build in the GTD best practices ever since. You'll hear Emily describe her first system, and how she uses the app that she has been on in recent years. She's an inspiring example of productive work-life balance.
