What I'm reading now: The Writing Life—Writers on how they think and work

Last Wednesday I went to On the Terrace at 5 at Mill Creek MetroParks and sat with three women who very kindly shared their table with me. (Thanks, Anne, Annie and Dolly!) When they learned I was a writer, the talk turned to writing and reading: what they were reading and what I was reading.

So sad... I had to confess that I was behind on the latest novels since my time right now is very limited and reading-for-pleasure is relegated to the last 15 minutes of the evening before I realize I am...

The latest on TRAVELING LEFT OF CENTER

Designing your book cover is a big deal. It has to be compelling, intriguing, fit the concept of the book, and, in general, be something that leaps off the shelf (virtual or physical) and into the reader's mind.

So when my publisher, Pixel Hall Press, and I started working on the artwork for my upcoming short fiction collection, TRAVELING LEFT OF CENTER, we wanted the perfect image. And, by George, I think we got it!
