Northern Irish proponent of Ulster nationalism, which seeks to establish Northern Ireland as an independent nation.

Kerr is a former member of the National Front. During the internal division Kerr sided with the third positionist group "Political Soldier" Currently Kerr is chairman of the National Liberal Party.

Kerr ran for office a couple of times as Ulster nationalist but, failed to get elected.

Currently Kerr is the mainforce behind the magazine "Ulster Nation" and the group "Ulster third position" Also he writes an regular colum in a free Belfast newspaper and is National Executive of olidarity – The Union for British Workers ...more
