Jason E. Fort Dr. Alston, you were one of my favorite professors! Of course I will review your book. I do need to read it first. It may take a while because I also am working on my Masters in Divinity, have been focused on law enforcement and my self-published books of fiction and memoirs for a few years now, and have been completely out of the fitness game for a long time. But I have a much better way with words than I used to, so once I get a chance to read it, I will definitely leave a review. Yes - you and I would definitely see eye to eye on a lot of issues. Have a blessed day, and I will order your book sometime next week. God bless, Jason E. Fort
Jason E. Fort No offense, but I am trying to only EARN my reviews. I don't feel like paying for reviews is genuine, even though it is a widely accepted practice. It just doesn't feel right. Thank you for reaching out, and feel free to check out my work anyway; leave a review if you so choose. God bless,

Jason
Jason E. Fort "The father sat there on his knees with two large hooded men grabbing his arms, helpless as he watched his captors hold his daughter in the middle of the street in front of his house. He shrieked out as if he himself were struck, when the villain in charge sliced a large sword across the young woman's neck, and her head flew off a couple of feet and rolled to a stop at the father's knees."
Just so everyone knows, this is a little more graphic than I am used to describing, but you asked for horror.
Jason E. Fort I would want to go to the world of Mitch Rapp; I'd want Vince Flynn to make me some law enforcement officer that through strange circumstances, ends up encountering Rapp and being a useful source of information for him during some of his escapades.
Jason E. Fort Storming Heaven, Dance With the Enemy, Hunt for the Enemy, Rise of the enemy, Foreign Agent, Use of Force
Jason E. Fort A friend of mine and I were on night shift, and were called to initiate an investigation into the theft of some televisions on a certain floor at our work location. We took the report, and started to backtrack through the building, and follow clues to a robotic system that perhaps was being used to pull off these thefts. We couldn't find enough to come to conclusions by the end of our shift, so we decided to investigate further the next night. When we showed up for work the next shift, we both received messages to pursue the case no further; that it was being handled internally. To this day (this was five years ago), I have no idea why our attention was deflected from the case, nor whatever became of the televisions or potential perpetrators.
My what a tangled web of a tale I could weave with this; perhaps the robotic delivery system could have been used for something else, and some internal employee caper drew the wrong kind of attention to a certain smuggling operation that was supplying certain access to certain goods not usually available to just any employee.
Jason E. Fort King and Maxwell; two private investigators who used to be Secret Service Agents, with about ten years age difference. Baldacci does an awesome job with this duo! I love them because you can't help but root for them harder and harder every novel.
Jason E. Fort Glad you asked; I think because it is a unique way of telling a story, but I couldn't force myself to write anything that wasn't tied to my faith. I believe in sharing what I believe, but don't want to force it on anyone. At the same time, I don't want to shy away from the reality of some of the evil really present in this world. But I felt like I could tell stories of this nature without relying on vulgar language, Gore, and gratuitous sex scenes.
Jason E. Fort I decide not to write, watch movies, play video games, read other authors...then go back to work.
Jason E. Fort I can express my feelings through stories about fictional characters, and also try to get better at playing devil's advocate for opposing characters. It is a great creative avenue for escape.
Jason E. Fort Start writing...finish a story. Build a body of work. Continue writing, self publish and even refer to past self-publishing works when you send out proposals of current projects to the agents and publishers. That is what I am doing, and I am confident I will be successful.
Jason E. Fort I am working on Book 2 in The Hunters, Hunting Parties. This novel will pick up where Book 1 of The hunters, Tracking Game, left off. I will explore further happenings with the twin sisters that run separate divisions of The Maronite Christian Order, try to find out what happened to Malik Sharif's father, and show the different paths John Knox, Naseem Sarraf, and Malik Sharif have taken. Some main ideas presented in this novel will be the power of love, the importance of family, the strong call of vengeance, and the effects of repentence. Although there will be a few new characters, the main attraction to this story is the culmination of events leading into the conclusion of The Hunters, Book 3: Open Season.
Jason E. Fort I think about all the things that are important to me...or I see something inspiring or hear something inspiring, and feel like sharing my feelings about the subject matter in some form of storytelling.
Jason E. Fort My most recent book, Dead Memories, was just released two months ago. The idea came about because some fans has already told me after the first book that I better find a way to include more stories about Robert Brady, aka The Jesus Assassin, in later projects. So what did I do? I figured out a way to bring him back to life. But not in cheesy soap opera style, mind you - but more like comic book/video game style. This latest book came about because of my huge fanaticism of Marvel's Wolverine, recent assassin style video games, and political conspiracies already brought forth in my previous novels. So join in this fun thrill ride, directly tied to the John Knox universe, and see just what ended up happening to the Jesus Assassin.
