Drink. Ha, just kidding. Maybe. Not really.
But seriously, a glass of wine does help when I'm writing papers. I just let the words flow from my fingertips and do not get self conscious over every word.
Also, taking a walk, reading a good (or trashy) novel, and listening to some hip tunes.
