S.L. Perrine Our world has become a free-for-all. Any the only thing we've found we need the most and cannot find anywhere, is coffee.
S.L. Perrine I don't think I could choose. I'd just want to me somewhere magic is a physical trait. I believe in magic in this world, but it's more a state of mind.

I'd love to go somewhere I can bipity-bopity dinner and laundry done. :)
S.L. Perrine I have several books on my to-read list for this entire year. Mostly everything listed on my want to read list that says I have either a physical copy or kindle copy. I'm a book hoarder. I buy them and never get tot hem, but just buy more.
Currently, I'm reading Mind: The Begining by Jenn Nixon. I'm also looking forward to reading The Grisha Trilogy. It's been sitting on my shelf for months now. Another I'm hoping to give another go at is Bag of Bones by Stephen King. I have yet to read one of his novels. So, we shall see.

S.L. Perrine I woke one night, about two years ago at three in the morning. I had the strangest dream, and it was so vivid I had to write it down. I grabbed my daughters marble composition book off my night-stand. I remember this because I wrote down my entire dream starting in the back of the notebook and upside down. It was the strangest thing. That dream stuck with me. No, I have not had the dream again, but yes it is the opening chapter to The Beast Within. That one chapter gave me an idea for an entire series of books. I’m currently undecided how much material I have, or how far this series will go. I just hope I can spread the word about it because I think others should get a chance to hear the story. I sure do enjoy writing about it.
S.L. Perrine For my current book, I dreamt it... Well the first chapter of book one anyway. I thought it over for a while, then ask myself who my audience is. With this one, I've used my kids as inspiration. I just sit and write, I don't plan it. The keys move and the story ends up on my screen and I don't even know what happens next. Then I go through it and I add things to kick it up a notch. For me that works.

S.L. Perrine If you love to write, then write. You should have a passion for anything you do. If you want to write, but the story doesn't come as easily as you thought it would, then maybe you should love to read first.
S.L. Perrine Telling the story. I don't have to alter my story to fit any one individual. I'm certain their will be a few people who don't care for my books. However, I'm hopeful their will be a fair amount who will.
S.L. Perrine I step away from what I'm working on. Either for an hour or till I read a book I've been waiting to dive into.
