Romanul „Statele Unite ale lui Dumnezeu” este al patrulea din seria de 6 care începe cu „Laptele negru al mamei” și se sfârșește cu „Hoodoo” (deci da, este un prequel al lui „Hoodoo”). Este scris, dar încă nu am hotărât să îl public. E posibil să îl predau unei edituri pentru anul 2026. Dacă le place și totul merge bine.

My most recent book is a short-story collection, so it's kinda difficult to pinpoint the origin of the idea. But I would say that I drew upon a lot of things I experienced in the past few years.

I don't know how to answer that. Things just come to me, out of nowhere. Anything can inspire me, whether it's the sound of dry leaves cracking under my feet or a conversation I had with a friend. Solitude is also of great help.

One about the end of the world, brought about by a super flu pandemic (wink-wink!). It's kinda like if The Road had a very dysfunctional relationship with Kill Bill 2.
One about how god was kicked-out of heaven, and decides to get revenge on those who did this to him. This is actually a re-work of an older novel I wrote about 8 years ago. It's a prequel to my 2018 'Hoodoo`.
One about a disillusioned ageing rockstar who meets his daughter for the first time on the eve of his planned suicide.

Nu m-am lovit decât rar de blocajul scriitorului. Presupun că este inevitabil. Dar nu l-am văzut niciodată ca pe ceva rău, ci mai degrabă ca pe o ocazie de a lua o pauză și de a te detașa de muncă. În timpul liber astfel creat, eu citesc. Asta mă ajută să mă relaxez și să îmi limpezesc mintea. Apoi revin la tastatură cu forțe noi.
