I'd say my favorite FICTIONAL couple would be Scully and Mulder from the X-Files. I loved that show growing up, and I hate every episode that doesn't have Mulder in it. (OK, this is mostly about Mulder--let's just be honest.)
My favorite book couple would be Nora and Soren from The Siren by Tiffany Reisz. Their love is so forbidden... and raunchy, haha... I just love just about everything she writes about them, but the first book is by far the best of all of them. If you want to get into erotic romance, that's the place to start.
