I find inspiration in many places - dreams, songs, a random thought during the day that grabs my attention. The more I grow as a writer, the more often I find inspiration in the most random places.

I have a couple of projects on my desk right now. First and foremost, I'm working on releasing book #1 of the Only You series - The Real You. That will be followed up by the other books planned for the series. I also am working on putting together my thoughts for a new paranormal thriller trilogy, and a third book for the Dreams series.

The best thing about being an author is doing what I love: behing home with my family while working to see my dream come true. It's truly a gift.

The best advice I can give anyone is to network with other people in publishing world. Editors, cover designers, other authors. It's especially a good idea to network with authors at different levels in their careers. If you talk with authors who have found success in their careers, you can learn from them. If you find an author at the same level as you, you can take the journey together and lean on one another through every stage of the process. Then you want to network with authors who are starting out so you can reach back and help them along.

Reading! Sometimes it's just a sentence, sometimes a paragraph or page, sometimes an entire chapter. Bu reading always fixes the worst blocks for me.
