Hi, I've been reading Kneel for the third fourth? Time, and I just can't wait for Beg. So, it makes me wonder, are these books a duet or will you be releasing related stories like Jamie's cousin? Thanks Xo

So glad you enjoyed KNEEL.

BEG launched on Feb. 3 and is available in paperback and on KU.

It was a duet. Currently there are no plans to continue the series beyond BEG. I do, however, have a new series launching with Chelle Bliss on March 20 and another series starting in July. Details below!

Thanks for the time you spent at Keith Milano Memorial Fund Author Takeover-- Hope you are well?

Eden Butler Very well. Thank you so much. I enjoyed that takeover and the project immensely. It's a topic very close to my heart as I lost my step father to suicide when I was eighteen. I was so proud to be involved with the Milano Memorial Fund and The Night Shift anthology.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Eden Butler I had the idea for the entire Serenity series all at once. Claiming Serenity, my current work in progress is the third book in the series. The Serenity series follows four friends during the end of their college career and the introduction to their "true loves" so it was always the plan to write each friend's story.

Just out of curiosity: I noticed that your first book, Chasing Serenity is in 1st person, but the following books Finding Serenity, Thin Love and Claiming Serenity (I read a sneak peek on facebook a while ago) are all in 3rd person. There's a reason behind your change of narrator? (By the way, I just finished Chasing Serenity and it was a great read!)

Eden Butler Chasing Serenity was from Autumn's point of view and I've always seen her as the mother figure along with Sayo of the group. Both Sayo and Autumn are more mature than Mollie and Layla, with more accomplished than the other two so far in their young lives. Chasing Serenity, Autumn's book, and the last book in the series, Sayo's book, will both be in first person to sort of book end the series and give a perspective that is both mature and insightful, something I don't believe Mollie and Layla are ready to express.

THIN LOVE is not part of the Serenity series at all and due to the timeline and the emotional upheaval Keira and Kona deal with, I found it necessary to write in third so we can see both points of view accurately.
