It all began in 2009 after the passing of Mr Jackson. I created an illustration in honor and in tribute to Michael Jackson, titled Michael's "The Giving Tree." Just like many others around the world I posted the illustration on many different forum sites. It was only three weeks after this illustration was posted that in late September in a dance studio my whole world changed forever.

My inspiration comes from deep inside. I write about a nonfictional subject that I'm deeply passionate about. I want to reach out to others by sharing my stories. Through my experiences I need my audience to connect with me, and to be emotionally engaged and inspired by my work. Whether it is through an illustrative story or written in a book.

Writing a story about the soul mate love my parents shared throughout their life together. Both parents passed away in 2014, just three months from each other, and in February 2014 they were married seventy years. The story will begin in 1926 and end in 2014 after eighty eight years of sharing the most extraordinary bond I have every known.

You simply walk away and when the energy and information flows again you start illustrating. It is through illustration that for me the words begin to come to mind.
