Hello!
I haven't seen that before, sorry!
It was an exceptional read, many thanks to have written it :)

Creation. In fact writing is very similar to reading: there is a beginning, a little something, and then your imagination - helped with the author if you are reading - makes the story grow and grow and grow... it's magical, like in 'Jack and the Beanstalk'!

It wasn't one idea, but a mix of subjects which mattered a lot to me.

I always thought, like most voracious writers, that I'd write 'a book', 'someday'. But my first attempts were stories for my children (who where then 7 to 1 year old). I quickly discovered that I loved making up stories and worlds, and never stop writing since.

I'm writing the fourth and last book of a fantasy series, "Les Enfants de l'Hyphale d'or". But I'm also thinking about the others series and their next book...

To ask themselves why they want to write: to give live to stories? to ba famous maybe someday? to earn some real money? to let something behind them?
And are they happy while writing? (no necessarily during all the writing process, but I least some of it)

In fact I actually don't suffered much of reader block, but much from reader-lack-of-quality-free-time!
Still, I have a very useful habit: I never sit down writing my current story if I don't know what will happen next. To manage that I have three tricks: Firstly I think a lot about my characters and my story (stories in fact!) during the day, while falling asleep, driving, tending the house... I 'write' the following of the story this way, in my head first, so when I sit down facing my computer I know what to tell.
Secondly, I try to stop writing while knowing what the next scene is going to be, keeping some matter for the next writing session.
Thirdly, when I come up with a problem, something to resolve or to find, I take it like a bone to chew while - riding, walking, peeling vegetables, swimming (swimming's great!). I find much easier to think when I'm moving in some automatic way.

Elizabeth Bennet and Fitzwilliam Darcy because they had occasions to learn about what they were, not only by their conversations, but also by their actions. I believe that someone is much more understood by what they do than by what they can say or how they can behave sometimes in public.
In general I love Jane Austen' s love stories (the part of each book which is a love story, as her books are much more than that) because the love shared by the couple is credible and able to remain steady for the rest of their lives.
