Hello Samantha! I do plan on returning to The Stables series, possibly in the fall of 2018 :)

Hello Chappy, and thanks for reading! I don't currently have plans to expand on the stories (but anything is possible), but I have thought about adding more stories to that same universe / series.

Hello Gillian, I'm glad you enjoyed the Alvarado series. I do have plans to continue with the series at some point in the future, but I am currently working on other projects. It's my hope to return to Alvarado in 2017. Thanks again for reading!

Hello! I have thought about it a few times, and I have started working on a post-apocalyptic MM romance full length novel, but I'm not sure when that may be ready for publication. Thank you for reading, and I'm glad you enjoyed the Heart's Compass series!

Hello! I've taken a small break from Alvarado to work on other projects, but I hope to have Dragged Through Fire out sometime in early 2017. Thank you for reading, and I'm glad you enjoyed the series!

Hello Kathleen,
Although I primarily have M/F relationships in my writing, I am not a mainstream M/F romance writer. All of my books and series feature M/F, M/M, F/F, M/M/F/? (lol) relationships. In other words, I treat LGBT relationships the exact same way I treat straight relationships in my books and series. For example, Book 2 of my Sci-Fi Romance series has a M/M relationship, and books 3 and 4 have subtle inclusion of a F/F/ relationship. Book 3 in my BDSM series has a M/M/F (polyamourous, not menage) relationship, while book 6 will include a M/M relationship.
It's safe to say that a straight-only reader (a reader who doesn't like reading romances that venture outside the m/f relationship zone) probably wouldn't like my series. You are right that recently I have been writing M/M with my Apocalyptic series, but I am also releasing another M/F book in April. I do have plans for exploring more LGBT (primarily M/M) romance books in the near future.
I honestly write where the muse takes me and don't discriminate when it comes to relationship types. I'm hoping to explore LGBTQ even further with transgender, non-binary etc. I think it's important that these relationships be incorporated into the book-worlds we build, and that they be treated as equally and with the same weight we write other relationships.
Thank you for your question!

Hello Heidi,
I don't tend to do any mapping at all when I write. I'm what's known as a 'pantster'. I write by the seat of my pants instead of planning things out in advance. I know mapping and planning works great for many authors, but it tends to bog me down or stifle my creativity. I just write, and what comes to mind is what gets put on paper.
When I start a new book, I don't intend for it to be a series, but it usually ends up that way. My brain is always imagining scenarios about the side characters, and those scenarios end up blossoming into squeals. I don't just do it for my books, either. My brain also does it for other people's books and TV shows, which is why I used to write fanfiction. I wanted to explore all those possibilities. Now that I write my own stories, I can explore all those avenues to my heart's content, and I love it!
