Thomas Hall Because I don't write every day, I've rarely experienced writer's block. When it does happen, I stop trying to force it and back off. Again, trust yourself that it will come back.
Thomas Hall Truth be told - I don't "love" writing, but the satisfaction I get when I'm holding a book that I've written in my hand is unbelievable. also, the thought that right this minute someone I've never met is reading my book is very rewarding.
Thomas Hall Trust yourself! Your finished product will not be the exact same product you outlined months before. You can spend hours trying to resolve an issue in your book three chapters ahead. Wait until you get there before obsessing over an unresolved problem. If you absolutely can't fix it then you'll have to go back and change things to make it work, but as yet that hasn't been my experience.
Thomas Hall I don't get inspired as much as I feel compelled to write. And unlike many writers, I don't write everyday. I think when you do that it starts to become a chore.
