I wouldn't call it a mystery, but twenty eight years on the road with my band would certainly make a good comedy. (Oh, the places I've been, and things I've seen!!) I had already begun writing it as a screenplay, but now I have decided to write it as a book instead. It could even be a series! ;-)

I wanted to write a book with characters that I actually liked and to make them as realistic as possible. I read a lot of romance and I love comedy and intrigue, but quite often I find the character's journey a little predictable, so I wanted to write a book that would keep the reader on their toes. Hopefully I have achieved that, but as I mentioned before, I am a new author and I've got a lot to learn.

I have no idea! It just seems to come. I'm not a planner but as a performer for most of my life, I guess I have always been creative. I can get inspired by a comment or a scenario and then I expand on that.

I have just finished my first series, (Sexy M.F. Trilogy) so now I am learning about all the various methods to get my book out there. It's immense and time consuming, but very worthwhile. My next novel will be a standalone.

I am very new to this, (started 2015) but I've learned (the hard way) to thoroughly proof read everything a squillion times, and then do it again. And again! Spolling misteaks (see what I did there??) and poor punctuation can ruin a good book. Don't be in a rush to publish. Read tons of other books, join groups with like minded people, and learn by your mistakes. Above all, enjoy what you do.

The best thing is being able to see what's lurking inside your own mind, to say and do the things that I may never get the chance to do in my own life. Also as a writer, you read. Reading is such a joy.

I have been very fortunate not to have experienced writer's block. I do suffer with social media overload quite a bit, but i'm getting there! slowly!
