L.J. Shea I sat down with a pen and a piece of paper. I wrote down a list of the things that fascinate me. It ended up having very simple things on it, like 'forests', 'wolves', 'castles', 'secret identities', 'royalty'...and it kind of just took off from that one simple list.

L.J. Shea I deal with writer's block by studying medieval history, and watching TV shows with a historical setting. I am currently watching Netflix' "Godless". Even though it is set in America's Wild West, I still find studying the characters' backstories and relationships inspiring.
Oh, and reading of course!
