One of the best ways to deal with writer's block is, for me, consistency. I participate in writing challenges every day on Instagram. I have been given some excellent prompts that have inspired some of my best poems and short stories. If you are struggling with writer's block, I highly recommend committing to a monthly writing challenge (or seven, as is my case) on Instagram. It gets those creative juices flowing, and you can get feedback from readers and other writers by using the write hashtags and tagging others.
