Rereading favorite authors and music. Music, any genre. A song will come on and it inspires my imagination.

Right now I'm currently working on my second book in the Cloven Pack series. I've been having a lot of fun developing the characters!

I listen to music. I'm a big fan of Folk Blues, Folk Rock, Jazz, and Indie. At some point during the song, they will sing something that gives me an idea and everything just blooms from there. Many times, if I'm writing a section that doesn't match my own mood, I'll put in some music to set the mood. It works like a charm!

I get to make a person. Actually, several persons. I get to create their life, chose what happens and give them a life they deserve. That's not something everyone can do, or gets to do. I'm grateful that I get this chance.

I'm a big reader, but I was getting to the point where I wanted to make my own characters. I've spent a good year thinking up characters and scenarios to make them real in my head. Then one day, I sat down and started typing.
