Critical comments aren't meant to hurt you, they are flags, showing you what to look at and what to re-evaluate in your writing. Finally, find an experienced developmental editor and work with them. Yes, it costs money, but if you are serious about writing, you have to invest in your future.

I read a lot of books on ancient history, ancient aliens and advanced technology. I find a lot of subject matter in books written by Joseph P. Farrell and others who dig into secrets of history and technology as well as conspiracy theories.

The initial premise came from reading DARK MISSION - THE SECRET HISTORY OF NASA by Hoagland and Bara. The authors discuss what is obviously a robot's head in a photograph of Shorty Crater taken by the Apollo 17 crew. A week later I had a dream about the robot's head and the plot line for Meteor Storm was born.
