Tomb of God is my forthcoming historical thriller which will launch in June 2020.
Tomb of God is the second installment of 'Eric Roy adventure' that'll take the readers to the ruins of ancient Sumeria from forgotten pre-Harappan sites following a 4000 year old secret.
Its going to be a hell of an adventure - I promise. : )

Draw your strength from your sense of self. There isn't another person like you, so capitalize on this and write your own thing. Take it forward in the way that only you can.
There's a great deal of bravery in your heart asking you to pick up the pen and write about things that you may not have considered before.
The sky is waiting for you. Just for you and no one else. Victor Ghoshe

Since the 4th standard I have been a history buff. And that thing in me.... pushes me to read a lot about history and helps me to identify the gaps in between the lines of history - and as I am into a specific topic for over a month or so....... suddenly things start appearing differently. I believe this is the magic-moment for me - I immediately know - I have got something. It keeps on happening like a continuous process for the next several days.
then I start the study again from an absolutely different perspective. I develop research-notes and structure designs and I keep on sorting them and saving them in different folders in my mind – but my best plot development happen driving down the lanes, jogging, working on something different or running up the stairs. Like when I do other things suddenly the scattered pieces are kind of organised and I see things taking shape… chapters emerge…. suddenly life becomes beautiful....

I do believe and I have always believed, writers are performers. But unlike musicians and actors they perform alone in their dark studies, sharing the space with piles of books and mostly in their pajamas.
Now the tough part is – writing is also a matter of taste….like a painter musician or a composer we create something we like…..
like a painter paints to his/her taste (well, if s/he is not working on a commissioned work), we write to our tastes… and then we hope some other people will share our tastes.
Some of us find those kind of people and some do not…
Fortunately I have found there is a lot more history buffs like me who share my taste than what I used to think of.
I try to write stories that I want to read…which has a lot of information and written in a modern and simple narrative style. That's the best part of it.......!!!

2010, I was reading a book on old Kolkata and was intrigued to know more about the seventeen century Bengal. My research on the period became very interesting and I came to know about many interesting things about the time and the place.....
But I decided to develop a plot around it....only when I found that the treasury of Shayesta Khan - the governor of Bengal was looted during the Hooghly war by the British forces lead by Job Charnock and the treasure was never found.
