Thank you, Fernando! You have such great taste in illustrations. That one resonated with me.

I just ordered "White is the Coldest Color" in paperback. Even though I wrote an eBook, I like to hold a book in my hands. I have Amazon Prime, so it could be here this Saturday. Thanks for the tip!

That's great , thanks. I hope they send you the revised edition! There was an initial cock-up when the publisher published a draft rather than the edited version!!!! Any issues with mis placed hyphens, let me know. I'd send you the revised copy. I'll buy you're ebook as soon as I finish this message. I was genuinely impressed by your writing style. If there is anything I can do to bring attention to your book, I'm very happy to help.

Thanks for the encouragement! I was astounded that after almost ten months in the wilderness, I finally saw that great review. You know what they say, "Never give up!"
Hope you like it, but up or down, please post your honest opinion. You know the old Hollywood expression, "There is no such thing as bad publicity!"
Thanks for being a friend,

Being a history "nerd," I am a big fan of the astounding cast of characters, culture and decadence of Berlin during the 1920's and 30's.
Looking at contemporary America, I see neither the astounding cast of characters nor the stunning culture of literature, theater, poetry, cinema or music that came of out the Weimar Republic. Instead, I see an unread, boobtube culture best expressed by the banality of its reality show heros.
What better character to poke fun at contemporary American decadence than a flamboyant, ladyboy poker player who ends up with her own, ratings-busting reality show?
