I used to be a smoker. Loved it, lived in France, smoked little cigars, thought it was cool. A good friend of mine died. It was a real wake up call. Even though I had given up myself, it didn't feel like enough. I wanted to use my skills to help other give up forever. The book and the online videos and visualizations that go with it were a natural progression.

I am currently working on a children's book that will discourage them from ever, EVER taking up smoking. If we can educate children to never want to smoke, then this could be the last generation of smokers.
