Luis Alexandre Ribeiro Branco, cidadão Luso-Brasileiro nascido em Petrópolis, RJ, em 1974, é pastor e educador com uma sólida formação académica. Possui graduação em Estudos Bíblicos e Teologia, mestrado em Administração Eclesiástica e Liderança, doutorado em Filosofia e Apologética, e pós-doutorado em Filosofia da Religião. Atualmente, exerce suas funções como pastor em Cascais, Portugal, e leciona na Academia Sénior da Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa e na Universidade Sénior de Oeiras. Além disso, contribui como investigador em Ciência das Religiões na Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias e integra a Comissão de Ética do Centro de Investigação em Psicologia da Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa.
