Tober Charles For stand-alone adventure/thriller fans 'A Shining Path'

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RYY3XGS

Is now on promotion at a mere 99c on Kindle Countdown. Why wouldn't you?
Because it might suck out loud, I hear you say. True.
However this came close to major publishing deals but was always ultimately sunk by their marketing departments who all basically said no one was interested in a stand alone thriller set mainly in Peru.

Maybe they were right, but it would be great to have an actual reader's take. So if anyone wants to give it a shot for less than a buck I'd be hugely interested in any comments.

John Devalle Hi all. If you've seen the Wonder Woman movie, you'll know that WW killed Ares, the god of war. Ares had a sister, Enyo, the goddess of war, described in Greek mythology as the 'destroyer of city's', and Enyo seeking to avenge her brothers death would make a great sequel. As Patty Jenkins isn't doing that, I'm writing that tale, placing it in 2019, so I can include modern events, like Donald Trump. Enyo seeks to torment WW before killing her, by first killing those she most cares about, and as the body count rises, WW begins to doubt herself, and wonder if her presence is a curse on humanity.
The story is now complete and is free to read here,

William Hayes Hi there! I'm new here so let me introduce myself. My name is William M. Hayes and I am an author from NY. I live on Long Island with my wife, son, and dog.

My latest book, Save Him, was released on Sept 19 and I am looking for a few readers that would be willing to leave an honest review on Amazon in exchange for a digital copy.

Here is the book description:

A temporal-shifting discovery. A history-altering choice. Can he prevent the death of Jesus?

Resourceful military scientist Rydel Scott is proud of the hi-tech gear he invents for battlefield heroes. But when a secret mission goes wrong and accidentally reveals the technology behind time travel, he senses a greater purpose in righting past wrongs. And after receiving a holy message, the man of science embarks on a world-changing quest to rescue the Son of God.

As he covers his tracks to journey back undetected, he neglects to factor in the consequences of a devastating butterfly effect. And he’s terrified to discover his own elite soldiers are hunting him down to stop him from making choices that could upend all of human history.

Can Rydel rewrite the New Testament before old friends scratch him out of existence?

Save Him is a fast-paced thriller for fans of time-travel tales. If you like unique blends of science fiction and faith, deliberations on ethics and morality, and page-turning tension, then you’ll love this high-octane novel.

Thanks so much for looking. I hope to hear from you soon!

John Bebout If you love historical action, adventure and romance rolled into one, I ask you to try TILL THE SUN GROWS COLD. (Always FREE from Kindle Unlimited.)

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09X8H7P6Q/

HERE IS A RECENT REVIEW: "It is a pleasure to read a book about a female character from the 19th century who exhibits the traits of intelligence, independence and initiative. It is more characteristic for women during that time period to be portrayed as reflections of the men they are associated with. Because the historical Kate is a virtual enigma it affords the author the license to invent and embellish upon what little is known. He does this with style and authenticity by creating a realistic persona, that is well balanced between her feminine characteristics and her professionalism among a male dominated society. The book creates a very believable historical context for the manners, mores and behavior of the characters for the mid-eighteen hundreds. The narrative is credible and the characters well developed. A great story with interesting characters and enough mystery to keep you turning the pages." Happy reading and stay well. -John

R.S. Merritt Exploited Blood

description

https://www.amazon.com/Exploited-Bloo...

It comes in waves.

It's already too late for most of us. Walking around with bio-bombs ticking away in our bloodstreams. Bombs that are synchronized to go off together. Before you know it you're diving into the deep end of depravity. A pool of insanity you're never coming back from. Surfacing once or twice to witness the horrors you've caused before your soul takes a deep breath and disappears forever.

It's not natural.

The infections occurring simultaneously across the globe prove it's not a freak phenomena. Someone is behind the pandemic that's turning people into insane cannibals. Who'd benefit from so much death and chaos though? The humanity of whatever group pulled the trigger on this madness is seriously up for debate.

There's No Vaccine

Chris watches as the world around him falls apart. Bitten by a loved one he hovers in a feverish state for weeks. His recovery carefully observed by a group that considers itself above humanity. A group that sees people as prey. Chris becomes a pawn in the war to determine the future of mankind. Follow him as he evolves from being a frazzled twenty something college educated mama's boy into something more. Hopefully it's enough.

Mark Sheehan The Smallest War by Mark Sheehan

Mark Sheehan

The hardest thing about writing is self-promotion. I assure you, I blush as I type.

Self-flagellation aside, please consider reading my book, The Smallest War. I love action-adventure, but I couldn’t find 'that' book on the bookshelf, so I wrote 'that' book.  It's a knockout from start to finish: absolutely full to the brim of the usual cat and mouse and much more. I could write a book about the stuff in my book, but what's the point? You may as well go the horse, prise open its mouth, and read that damn book.

Oh, I hear you. Red face or not, that guy would say nice things about his book. Second assurance coming up: other people are saying nice things as well. Check out the reviews here on goodreads and Amazon, and do what those guys have done. Buckle in, take a breath, bite those nails, and turn the first page. You won't be disappointed (third assurance is the charm).

In case you are that way inclined.

My novel Rising Tide Book 1 of the Daniel Nichols Spy Thrillers, is currently 99p/c!

‘Explosive, right from the outset. You’ll be hooked on every twist and turn.’ Tom Walker best selling author of The Unseen Enemy

November 1940.

Lieutenant Daniel Nichols, a former pacifist turned crusader, is wounded taking part in the Royal Navy’s carrier born air raid on the Italian Battle Fleet in Taranto.

Six months later Sándor Braun, a British double agent, escorts a Japanese delegation around Taranto and discovers that they are planning a similar attack. But what will the target be?

Nichols, now unable to fly, joins the Naval Intelligence Division, despite growing rumours that his nerve has gone. He debriefs Braun in London and sees the implications of his discovery. Britain cannot afford to suffer further setbacks in the far East.

Nichols convinces his superior officer, Ian Fleming, to allow him to travel to Lisbon in a bid to identify the target before it’s too late. The former airman uses the rumours about his lack of moral fibre as cover and poses as a deserter, with information to sell about the Taranto raid.

Braun helps Nichols to gain the confidence of German and Japanese Intelligence officers - and he is recruited to fly to Hawaii and spy on the US Navy.

Convinced that the Japanese plan to attack Pearl Harbour, Nichols travels to America to inform the FBI, but his warnings fall on deaf ears.

Nichols takes matters into his own hands and ventures to Hawaii, with the intention of preventing a catastrophe.

But will the Englishman's intervention prove too little, too late?

Ken Cheney Hi! I am seeking readers and reviews for my first novel.

Ark Debt is a fast-paced dystopian thriller set in a frozen future where every breath has a price. Humanity's last refuge on Earth has become a prison. Two teens, Maya and Liam (characters named after my son, Liam, and my daughter's friend, Maya), face an impossible choice: inheriting their families' EcoDebt and a lifetime of hard labor or exile to the frozen wastelands.

For fans of Scythe, Hunger Games, or other SciFi/Clifi books that lean YA/crossover.

I'd greatly appreciate it if you could review the book if you enjoy it!

Edward Gray Sounds quite interesting! What's your timeline for reviews? I'm a slow reader, even slower writer! LOL

Alan Bardos Hunter Class by Alan Bardos Hunter Class Book 2 of my Daniel Nichols Spy Thriller series is currently 99p/c on kindle.

July 1943. Operation Husky is underway. Lieutenant Daniel Nichols joins Ian Fleming’s elite 30 Commando Unit, tasked with seizing top-secret enemy intelligence ahead of the main assault. When Nichols uncovers evidence of a secret that could alter the outcome of the war, Section Officer Prudence Tiverton devises a daring plan to capture Hitler’s prized teleprinter—the T52 Geheimschreiber. Meanwhile, Giacomo Moretti, a frogman from Italy’s Decima Flottiglia, switches allegiances after Mussolini’s fall and joins Nichols on a perilous treasure hunt that will require every ounce of their skill and guile.

'A gripping wartime thriller with more plot twists and turns than a snake with an itch!' Damien Lewis, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare and SAS Forged in Hell

‘A compelling and thrilling story. Highly recommended.’ Mark Ellis, The DCI Frank Merlin Series
