I agree with you on so many levels. I was confused that Dru kept saying about her old self being "badass" but I was thinking when has she ever been even remotely tough? Shes always crying about how her life is so unfair or thinking about how Christophe's hair sparkles while he's fighting. I also agree that if she wants to see a truly badass heroine, she should call Richelle Mead for some pointers(duh Rose is the one with the creditable tough girl reputation/best female heroines of all time) Don't get me wrong, I like some of the characters but it makes me sad that I really find the main character annoying as hell and not tough as everyone says she is. The love triangle thing is weird too because Christophe knew her mother when she was young. I don't know, I just really find that creepy.

Yes, Yes, Yes! I've read like 3 books into the series and I feel like they all have no point. No important events really even occur. Its mostly just Dru crying & complaining. -__-
And ahahaha, yeah that is creepy. xD
