If we're talking favorite fictional couple on any medium, I would have to say Hook and Emma on "Once Upon a Time." I think it all goes back to my love of fairy tales, but their love story has always played out to me more like a romance novel, with a slow build of back story and characterization. I'm eager to continue to watch their relationship grow with the progression of the show.

As far as favorite book couple, I would say Matt and Meredith from Judith McNaught's "Paradise." There are so many layers to those characters, and their history is heartbreaking and romantic. To me, they are the ultimate romance novel couple.(less)

NaNoWriMo: AHHH!

For the first time, I am participating in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), and I have to say it is a total blast. I was worried that being a college student would limit my ability to complete 50,000 words in a month. Well, so far we are in day 4 and I have already written over 8,000 words. Let's just say I'm not complaining.
