It’s actually part of a much longer series and is the 20th in that one. There are characters that show up in this story that appeared outside of the “city” series designation. My recommendation...DO NOT follow the city series. Even the author recommends you read her books in published order (Romantic Suspense series list).
Everything pertaining to this particular book was explained for me
There’s no way for you to know what you missed. After you read the first three in the Cincinnati series, you’ll better know what I mean.
