This is exactly what works for me. I do this on carpet, but without a pillow, which makes my head tilt slightly backward. Weird how this works. Also, thanks for the big positive on my novel, The Runes of Ire. Glad you liked it. I just finished writing a dystopian thriller also - The Brotherhood of Necessity.
