Thanks Jenn. That is a VERY fun fact. I looked everywhere on the back cover and copyright page to find the source of this photo but never found it. Mystery solved.
My pleasure! Weird that there isn't some sort of citation. I found it in an article about the book, and then googling Hodge pulls up his website and a bunch of interviews where he confirms (and talks about the impact the book had on his life).
