Timo Brønseth The website "Goodreads" is just about the books, the website doesn't contain the actual books.

To read the book, you probably have to buy it (via Amazon.com for example) or you could listen to it for free as an audiobook from Audible.com.

Matthew Kuper only if you get two books, tear out every page, then put them into the right order - odd, even, odd, even, etc and take the necessary steps back to see all pages in a single view.
Let me know what it looks like.

Kevin No. There are at least two chapters that were printed with invisible ink and are unviewable. That sounds irrational, you might say. Yes, predictably so in a book about irrationality. It's very meta.
