I'm glad you loved the series! Tips for young authors: Just keep swimming, just keep swimming! You need to write, to find the time to write, and just keep plugging along. Also, read. Read all the time. Read all kinds of things, so that you can see how other writers handle dialog/worldbuilding/descriptions etc.
